Mine is failing after 6 months. constant/random disconnects to the wheel face in some games. I changed nothing. Does the same thing on 3... THREE PC's. So don't give me any crap about how I'm doing something wrong. The Bluetooth/RF that controls the wheel face is failing.
This was awesome, love these vlog style videos! That was nice of you to jump in and do some testing! Looked like some good driving out there, those were some nice corrections at 7:34 😮 I also like hearing your feedback to the team and the explanation on the setup, it’s great to get those insights! (The talking in between zooming cars was gold!) That was perfect music for the final run that was great! 😮😊
Excellent series. I used these videos to prep for my nurbugring trip which I came back from last week after completing 14 laps in my car. One update is that you can't use the foxhole kerb anymore
Hello Brad, i have a 987.1 2007 cayman s manual, as i 've seen your video my solution is manual cayman r springs and easy install? do you happen to have the part number for these? thank you
Raced here for the first time in winter and it was pouring rain so much and it was my first time racing in the rain I was 3rd place until the last corner some over lapped car hit my left bumper and then came 10th I was so close to getting my first podium finish
What a fantastic job you’ve done on that kart. Anyone who drives the karts you’ve put together would be lucky and proud to drive it. Well done Brad you are a Gem.
Another great video Brad. One quick question I hope you won't mind answering. If a rolling chassis in this kind of state was £800, how are people finding any at the £400 price point suggested on the Facebook page? I was hoping to enter my son next year but really struggling to find anything at those prices suggested.
Simple answer: OTKs are popular and expensive. If you find a half decent OTK for £400 as a rolling chassis then buy it! You can get hold of some others for less from other brands - or maybe just get lucky with a good OTK from someone desperate to sell who’s happened to look after it. But normally £6-800 is the starting point for OTK.
Driving standards are very good - and strictly enforced. After you’ve bought your kart, you’re looking at 6 rounds costing £120 each. Aside from that, fuel at £10 per round and hotel / travel which is really down to you how you approach it. It’s as cheap as it gets
Great vid Brad, shows what you think can be a really nice kart but the reality is that its a lot of work, HP's is also a 2018 but thankfully we have avoided the welder.. so far!
@@BradPhilpot nevermind, I found it at my preferred store (K-Racing) ! Thanks anyway. Fitting the footrest with the floor on it's a pain in the neck, I wish I knew this part earlier
Great video, Brad. Hope the testing went as planned, and we didn't take up too much of your time! Your brothers kart looks fantastic on video, but looks even better in the flesh. 🤜🤛
@BradPhilpot amazing. All about the details, cleaning, and caring for all of those moving parts. Your narrative is superb, easy to follow, and understand 🤜🤛
Good to meet you today at Llandow , and thank you for all the advice. It was kind of you to take the time to talk to my son and me. Good luck with the rest of the championship. 🤜🤛
@@BradPhilpot I am going hooton this weekend for the first time I’ve really enjoyed learning and watching your videos as I’m battling for 1st in the championship
Great weekend, the accommodation looked better than the pay by the hour room you had at Lydd 😄. We are looking forward to Llandow. I do like Tom Stalkers kart, its always so well presented.
