Welcome to my channel! My favorite part about climbing is the natural adventures found on all climbs. Join me as I attempt interesting routes, push my physical limits, and explore new parts of the world-in a vertical sort of way!
I'm on a mission to inform and explore all facets of climbing with weekly videos and a ton of dad jokes. For inquiries: mitka.nathan@gmail.com
Great stuff man. One thing that has been unbelievably helpful was improving my overall physical fitness. At 40 I do regular cardio as well as strength training. Pairing that with hang boards and a bit of regular climbing has been so helpful!!
Nice video. The only other aspect I would have liked to see is before you washed it off you could have tried using chalk while this was still on your hands. May have to test this out
Thanks! I have another video I'm working on where I test just this! The long story short is that I don't notice as big of a difference with Chalkless + Chalk as I do with just Chalkless or just Chalk.
“Be afraid to live a life that supposedly has no meaning🤓😷🤡” 🤣 That’s funny - the people who live the least - are the most afraid to die 🤣 “I don’t live - but I don’t wanna die either😷🤡” 🤣 That’s cool - that’s your CHOICE😉 For now
Im a V7 climber and just started using the spray wall and the moon board. You just have to enjoy climbing and set 2-3 days a week to climb. Plus at only a V4 you shouldn't be using the moon board cause its more likely to cause more harm than good. I would say once you reach a V6 then you start to use the moon board cause that's when you will have stronger fingers that are able to handle that type of climbing
Honestly i think the hype about FR7s being unsafe is gooft. 308 is only 9,000 PSI higher than 7mm mauser, which again is in a mauser style front locking lug action. Some of the other conversions, the argie ones iirc are a little sketchy due to the use of a chamber insert, but the FR7s are perfectly safe
I just went climbing in southern Minnesota and found a handful of routes with missing bolts. It was really unfortunate. It left the rock face dangerous to climb because the first piece of protection could be placed more than 20 ft off the ground. It really needs re-bolted
