My state rarely gives out 4 stars for sub v4s but the 2 4 stars I've done had nothing. Bouldering in Connecticut has only say 20 main people putting up routes over the past 25 years for MP. I find boulder routes by the age of the lichen and moss.
Doesn’t seem fair to give a climb a bad rating when you only give it some half ass attempts and star grade it based off it being scary but I still enjoyed the video
I would agree. You can't see how good it is if you haven't done every possible move and put weight on every hold to see if they can handle it. If it was so flaky that it was too dangerous to finish id just put a comment. Hell CT has an entire area known to be so chossy people constantly pull head size pieces and it's still high rated.
