Look at the tracking cookie lists on leading anti-virus software designed here in the United States; and the combination of tracking cookie sources from land areas surrounding the South China Sea and Canadian named towns and cities located in central and southern California. Some (not all) practicing lawyers in California with 100% certainty have experience counseling U.S. Citizens and foreign nationals who have experience working in tandem, on how information retrieved through spying (utilizing all five senses) can be used via social media moderation to libel/slander someone while not being held legally responsible according to U.S. law. These acts have potential to be directed at legally public or anonymous accounts/profiles. No doubt all the hard work on this topic from the Office of Senator Mitt Romney will go down the tubes if a California attorney is the U.S. President in five months' time.
Some good points around risk management, and there are so very impactful things that the "good guys" or "freedom"-loving people can do to prevent wars, conflict and cyber warfare, plus improve the global governance and dialogue. For one thing, the US government needs to reflect on WHY some other countries have pushed back against them. Also, the US should respect ALL international laws, conventions, etc just like the "bad guys" need to do as well. This will improve the US to improve its reputation, and foster trust. Also, have some more humility and actually spend some time in so-called "developing countries", etc and really dialogue with the leaders and people in these countries to develop mutually understanding and peaceful relationships.

Senator Romney, it would be helpful if you replied here. If we want America to compete well in the world, then people need easier access to high education. The GOP has been trying to limit education to an elite few. That has to be reversed.

You need to work with Japan and South Korea because China is really more advanced than anyone else on technology and the reason for being this sad reality is because China has spent decades studying and copying other countries so they pretty much hold all the secrets by now! AI won't make things any better too! The West also sold technology to China for cheap, one example: France selling the latest nuclear reactor for a low amount and now China has built it!
