So, bottom line, you should've had the dermoid cyst removed as soon as possible, that would've prevented...May GOD continue to BLESS your young 🙏 SOUL ❤
I did 10 days MMini and lost 6 lbs. Wanted to lose 6 more so I chose Quinoa. I liked potatoes much more so went back to them after a couple of days. I love Mini!
Thank you for sharing. I’ve had super bloating, abdominal pain, constant pressure on my bladder and I’ve had multiple male doctors completely dismiss my pain. Finally I found a great female obgyn and am getting an ultrasound soon so I’m on the right path to figuring things out. I really appreciate you making this video because I feel like so many women have doctors brush symptoms under the table until things are really really bad.
Hi, I’m new to the Whole Food, Plant Based way of eating. I lost 112 pounds on a ketogenic diet. I have about 50 pounds more to lose. I’m 64 and I’m going in for quadruple bypass surgery next week. My cardiologist and his team strongly suggests after recovery switching to WFPB. So, I thought I would start with a Mary’s Mini. Potatoes would definitely be my choice as well. I love your video, looking forward to following you! Thank you! ❤
I’m not sure how to approach my doctor about wanting to get checked out, I’ve had some issues that raise some alarms but I know most symptoms could be one of many things, I’ve been waiting to see the gynaecologist and I’m not sure how to approach that things could be getting worse
It took me a long long time to realize this. I had an all or nothing mindset. Once I relaxed and just ate what made me feel satisfied I saw a change in my happiness and success on a plant based diet.
I have two different types of cancer! Sertoli Leydig and Endometriod carcinoma which spread from the endometrial lining ! I had ovarian cancer in both ovaries, cervical, and Endometriod ( uterine)! My cancer was found because of a terrible car accident that I was in, and the ER did CT's from head to toe and found my cancer. I don't have any one to talk to about my feelings because my family doesn't want to talk about it!
Sorry that your family isn’t supportive . Please seek help whether it’s therapy or a close friend . Stay strong and take care! God bless u always ❤ may u heal from all these cancers :( I’m going through it as well and feel so lonely. 😢I have my surgery 7/29/24 . Praying 🙏 it goes well
I googled this and did the math just for fun. 20 lb of potatoes is about 18 lb after you've peeled them. If she ate the bulk of the potatoes, let's say she ate 14 lb. That is 2 lb of potatoes a day which would make you feel very full if not stuffed. 2 lb of boiled white potatoes is 635 calories. Herein lies the magic of potato diets
This is a great video! And you are gorgeous and I love your shaved head. I am a 38-year-old woman and also have a shaved head. Yours is even shorter than mine and it looks so so great on you!!! Fabulous!! Thanks for sharing your plant based weight loss journey!! For my weight loss journey, I follow a fully plant-based diet and I don't restrict myself to the starch solution or any of the other methods. I just simply eat a whole food plant-based diet and eat the foods I enjoy. I've been plant-based for a few years but used to eat A LOT of desserts and some processed foods. I mostly avoid all that now. I dont have much weight to lose. I'm not overweight but would like to have a more toned, athletic body.
It hurts to know the amount of people who aren’t treated with kindness and compassion during the surgical process. I can recall feeling very uncomfortable and frightened by my health in the hands of individuals who seems cold and withdrawn. My hope is always in God.
