This video blog contains electronic, amateur radio, and embedded system projects, which I did during my free time. Unless otherwise noted, all the videos published in this channel are based on my original designs. The majority of the projects presented in this channel link with my blog at jayakody2000lk.blogspot.com.
just tried on a raspberry pi4 and i will not go into the test-console file? say it is a directory? trying all sorts of things, what did you use? cheers
Good Presentation and pretty straight forward. I am going through C code. Could you please help or given insight how to merge HD Audio Rush 5.1 Dolby DTS Decoder with Arduino Uno / Arduino Nano.
Thank you! 😀 .This is a prototype build for my personal use, but all design files and firmware source codes are available on GitHub. Please follow the link in the description.
definitely, you could set up a restful server on the pi to control the radio through a webpage. if you want it accessible to the web you'd need to set up port forwarding and make sure it's secure
Dilshan, I decided to replicate your desin. I got the PCB made as per informed files and assembled as per your instructions. Installed SDCC and stm8flash. Download everything to the computer. Then I run the commands (Make - okay), (Make fuse - okay), and when I do "Make flash-fuse" the program seem to get stuck after the message "Determine OPT area"... Any guess what could be wrong ?
At the time of this experiment, I bought the ADF4351 RF module from AliExpress. AM & FM I.F Transformers are available to purchase at the shop next to Digital Electronic at Wickrama Plaza. (sorry, I can't remember the name of that store).
Sorry, at the moment the firmware is available only for the STM32. I think this can port to Arduino, but unfortunately, I don't have time to do that. 😔
Merci encore
@@louloulouloy4978 If you compile the source code, make sure the compiler versions are correct. Those details are available at github.com/dilshan/star-pointer/wiki/StarPointer-Sync-tool#building-the-starpointer-sync-tool
Nice work Dilshan! I remember building superhets with those yellow , white and black IF sets back in school - used to get my stuff from Wikum radio nugegoda or Senith Electronics in Borella. Are these transformers still available? Kind regards Ash M0LKA.
Hello Ashith, thanks for your comment and I think I am also from that era 😀. I hope you remember the MW, SW, and FM radio circuits in Senith Sipnana, Kumarasingha Radio Books, etc. I.F transformers are now quite difficult to find in the local market. I know a few places in Pettah whos having old stocks. A few months ago, I ordered some I.F transformers from AliExpress, and it seems cheaper than buying from a local market 😊.
@@DilshanJayakody! Yes :-) I remember the kits that Kumarasinghe Radio had... I went with my Father to Pettah as I was too young to go on my own back then - I got the AM/SW kit with the LA4102 audio amp(remember those?). The senith magazines were really good too, and most of my pocket money was spent in their shop , which was not far from my school - D.S :-). You have a great channel keep it up!
Hello. Thank you very much for sharing this code. How can I change this code for sdmf mode. I changed the header from 80 to 4 but it doesn't extract the message length correctly
Where does the trsignalgen program come from please? It seems to be an important part of the demonstration of this project, but it isn't mentioned in the documentation anywhere.
