First time trying this class in the morning, and probably not the last .The focus and mental strength of the crouching warrior-half moon flow makes me sweat every time I do a sequence of that sort. Loved it 🤍

Hi Nicole, I am fan of your videos and like the variations that you introduce in int/advance poses. I have booked one day of my fitness routine to do these follow along sessions weekly. Just one suggestion, if possible, especially during body transitions of spicy workflows, if possible, try to give ques in a bit of advance. Personally I felt, as you are giving them while you are flowing through, at times it becomes difficult to follow the instructions and movements together Hope this was helpful. I can extrapolate if I am not clear 😊🙏🏼
