Nicole, this is the second time in a week I've done this flow. This 40 minute flow feels like an hour, AND it has that vibe of being in-studio. Definitely one of my favorites on all of youtube. I found different edges and ways to play today. To top that, since it's getting hot in arizona, this felt more like a semi-hot yoga class. You rock

Soooo perfectly timed. I had all these plans today - Go to community yoga hosted by lululemon OR Go to community yoga (at another place I couldn't think of at the moment). Since becoming a Phoenix (in Phoenix), a lot of what I have 'planned' turns into svadhyaya (Self Study (I teach too - and YOU have just helped me alchemize (Of course I have many teachers - but the MOMENT alchemy happened... was right here. I was looking for something out of the 'usual flow' today). Fire up YT and this was the first thing I saw. There was a flow you put up a few days ago that I had bookmarked - and my thought was - 'Do that Nicole Wild flow you bookmarked the other day!' This video was first in queue :D This was SO fun and actually made me feel like I was in studio! It also gave me insight to my teaching style. I'm somewhat of a rebel. A changemaker. A 'twist-er of ideas and paradigms'. This flow had no rules - and was not the usual yoga class. This is now my FAVORITE class on ALL of youtube (I'm not exaggerating ;)). Thanks Wild One! Namaste
