Try it in more shallow water, maybe you went too deep in the pool.

Hello, I’m so grateful I stumbled across your channel. Can you please tell me how many reps should I perform of each exercise? I don’t know how long each drill should be and I want my workouts to be effective.

How to organise my days at the swimming pool? I go three days a week, what's your advice? Should distribute one day for each region ( 1day for legs, 1 day for arms and one for core muscles?

Mor! Greetings from Seattle! Love your videos!! My wife & I hit the pool 0600 every morning 7 days a week! We use a combination of foam dumb bells, ankle weights & HydroRevolution products! Thank you for the inspiration

Do you need a special noodle Are yours solid at the ends or do they have holes?
