Hello, I’m so grateful I stumbled across your channel. Can you please tell me how many reps should I perform of each exercise? I don’t know how long each drill should be and I want my workouts to be effective.
How to organise my days at the swimming pool? I go three days a week, what's your advice? Should distribute one day for each region ( 1day for legs, 1 day for arms and one for core muscles?
