You are fantastic! What a muscle specific and correct instruction. I’ve been teaching pilates for 30 yrs and I could never get into water aerobics bc I could never find an instructor that I thought was worthy but you are a gem! Thank you for making such lovely and really great videos! ❤🎉
i couldn't agree more! i have been teaching land pilates for over a decade and the first things that striked me was how tight and lovely Mor's cueing is!!!! very cool! i have been asked to teach pilates in the pool as ppart of our Aquasize and she's helping me feel like i can do this too!
Love the sleeved suit! Much cuter than a long sleeved rash guard. Thank you for the great movements, I can't wait to try them with my class tomorrow. 😊
I can’t use the gym or do exercises that are hard on the joints because of my rheumatoid arthritis. Swimming and pool exercises are perfect for me and these videos are fabulous. Thank you 😊
Thank you 😊 I am going to try these on my class tomorrow. The pool has a long set of stairs. I know my class will not be able to do half of these exercises. Some of them won’t get their hair wet. Some will not raise both feet at the same time. I know I will not be able to get them into that stretch, because it’s so far back. I’m going to try these exercises and see how it goes. I bet they can do half of them.
@@MorMovement They were not able to do hardly any of it. When we put our feet on the steps, we were all drifting off. I had to hook my feet around the metal bar, and that was not easy. None of them could do the sideways crunch, at the step. Some would not get their hair wet.
@@sharonhainesNumber1Red thanks for your feedback. Yes! It is much better and more doable when your feet are hooked around something or a partner that’s holding the legs for you. Another option is to put another noodle behind the knees. They might be floating around but won’t sink down with the legs 😉
