Welcome to the only tech channel on RU-vid where almost three decades of obsessive gadget-loving experience come with a side of humor, sarcasm, and the occasional dad joke! Here, you’ll find brutally honest reviews & questionable life advice on why you definitely need that new piece of tech (hint: you don’t, but we’ll convince you otherwise).
I've been around since "cutting edge" meant having a floppy disk with 1.44mb of storage was considered big. If it plugs in, powers on, or might explode if you press the wrong button, I’ve probably tried it, broken it & told everyone about it.
So if you’re into unboxing the latest tech with someone who knows their stuff and isn’t afraid to laugh at themselves, then smash that subscribe button. Because let’s face it, you’ve got nothing to lose-except maybe a few hours of your life and your self-control around the checkout button.

I know nothing about computers but I like the way my old computer works, but it is getting too old. Would the Samsung be better than the one I have? WHITE-xps9310 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable) 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen & Touch IR Cam
Mike, please help me. I HATE the new keyboard qne lack of ports on the plus so I am trying to find another laptop. Money is no problem. My priority is that it be Windows and very light weight 13 inch. I want it to be as quick as the one I have, what should I buy? I have WHITE-xps9310, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable), 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Pen & Touch, IR Cam
cheap plastic wheels on 1200 dollar chair no thanks. was about to buy one until I saw the wheels makes me think they cheaped out on other details. Not to mention using a bolt and nut as a piston axel. smh

I am going to start my uni coming September. I wanna know which laptop would best suit me considering I’m gonna use it for studies, work and a little gaming (f1, fifa, etc) I really like the surface laptop series. Not a fan of Mac OS What would you suggest?
I'm undecided between Deco X80 and XE75. They are both around the same price. I don't have wifi 6E devices yet. Is it useful for me? Or X80 is my better choice? Since X80 5GHz: 4804 Mbps faster than XE75 5GHz: 2402 Mbps? Although X80 only supports dual bands. Which would you recommend?
This review is still relevant for me even after an year. Just deciding between the M2 Air 8GB 256GB (EUR 850 on sale) and Galaxy Book 3 360 i7 13th Gen 16GB 512GB (EUR 799 on sale). The only thing holding me from finalising the choice is the heating (20-30% higher on the Samsung) and the build quality, especially because the price difference with the 1 year elapsed and the sale is minimal. Do you have any suggestions? The display, touchscreen, covertible options and webcam are top notch and obvious winners with the Samsung and the audio with the Macbook.
Thanks for the video, great tip to keep the satellites next to the main in setup. I bought 3 individual decos, about too set them up. Also like the advanced settings menu, visible on screen, and your pace.
Just set up the XE75 Pro last night. I have ethernet backhaul on my 2 satellites and it was truly plug and play. Installed the main node at my cable modem, did the set up, and then simply plugged in/cabled up the 2 satellites and they were running in just a minute or two. So far I am really impressed! Upgraded from the original Google Mesh system, and I am seeing an improvement already.
Tough choice! Both great devices but I'd say Surface just for flexibility. I always worry on Chromebooks that I'll get stuck on something that won't run in a browser.
I remember panicking that i lost one of my earbuds, just to find out that it was in my ear the whole time. They are massively comfortable to not even notice theyre in my ears
I just upgraded to the Deco from the Orbi about a month ago. I didn't set up all three pods next to each other as you said in this video, but placed them in their current spots and then plugged them in and set them up. you think I should delete the two pods, plug them in next to the router pod and then reset them up, again? I am paying for 1G of fioptics of speed, only getting about 230 even with a cat 8 ethernet cable upgrade from the ISP stock cable. I was also going to purchase more pods to cover the entire house and spread to the signal, think the is a good idea?
Yeah, I would let a wealthy person buy this chair for me because they thought it would make me happy. I would be very thankful. I have issues with nerves in my legs so, chairs are very important to me at home and at the office. I struggle sometimes with watching TV it's so bad. I actually sit on a lawn chair in my living room. 😂 So simple yet effective.
Thank you for your fantastic channel. I'm looking for a tablet for travel in Autumn to the UK and Europe (coming from Aust). Looking forward to hearing your opinion.
I hate to be 'that guy', but nobody beats Apple on tablets for a reason. The regular iPad at $300 something is untouchable. The Airs in the 600s/700s beat the high end androids and the pro is in a class of its own (review coming soon).
