Regardless of where you’re at on your fitness journey today, we’re a community of underdogs, misfits, and mutants that can’t wait to help.
After all, as stated in Rule #1 of the Rebellion (the name of our community!) “we don’t care where you came from, only where you’re going.”
Maybe you’re here because you’re overweight and frustrated. You’ve tried everything and nothing has stuck.
Maybe you’re here because your doctor told you that you’re in danger of some serious health issues, and this has you scared.
Maybe you’re here because you just had a kid and the reality that you being unhealthy could make THEIR lives more difficult just hit you like a ton of bricks.
Maybe you’re here because you just want to look in the mirror and feel better about yourself.
Whatever reason you have for being here, welcome!
Starting RIGHT NOW, you’re going to learn how tiny little changes, done deliberately, will help you live a better, happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
I’d rather pay damages than listen to the rules of my gym. I’m not checking with no body. My body is worth more to me that whatever possible damages will come from bailing.
im not overweight im just worried about what others will think and im self conscious. i walked into the gym and it was busier than i though so i an hiding in the bathroom watching this video. idk what to do i sound like a loser lol.
I’m a big gal… doc told me I was diabetic, but barely… started I.F. And lost 30 lbs and got rid of my diabetic title to pre diabetic. … I’m not super strict … if I was, I’d be losing faster and already out of the pediatric state… but I’m trying to keep myself from falling off the band wagon by giving in a little if I want.
Been his fan since his Twilight films this guy is a very natural actor and obviously he Focuses more in his profession than anything, some PPL complaint he is too lazy or maybe workout is not his part, I remember his earlier interview when he said "oh my god they (director) would fire me" when taylor Lautner gained huge muscle mass for Twilight sequel as he gained the major role as werewolf but even back at that time he hardly hit the gym and I know he was just portraying a lean teen vampire but now as a Batman character as everybody knows that how important physique and athletic body Bruce has, as it was seen in comics and Christian bale to other guys potrayed that role they looked real buffed up Batman but Pattinson's verson Batman was like the prime version of Batman but not huge physique, his workout routine was not so hard hitting heavy ass lifting type neither he hit the gym, all he just kept running ate boiled fish with lemon what he told that he hated a lot 😂, and a simple waterbag workout but still maybe he did something more what he didn't told exactly maybe after couple of years he will reveal it to the audiences but if he comes into more Batman movies he must look after his physique, bytheway he is skinny and lean and didn't changed much for his role but his body change gave a real inspiration what any normal guy can achieve without hitting gym but with clean diet 👍
Genius video! I have a tiny park near me and just realised that I can use the equipment there to do my calesthenics workout AND hang from the bar. Thanks for the inspiration!
Help, too hard. 71 year old with osteo arthritis any suggestions? Help please. Had total knee replacement left knee and had a torn ligament 20 years ago left ankle and it still swells
Steve, just so you know... I always go back and watch this vid. Nerd Fitness changed my mindset on fitness and healthy living + this vid. Found your blog around 2015. Anyway, that's all. 💛
i signed up for a "turkey trot," a 5k on thanxsgiving. im a strength athlete but in decent shape. been losing some weight, getting by v02 max up and training endurance. i hope to smoke all those grandmas and housewives, and at least finish in the top 5. these tips are helpful!
Video games were modeled after real life things. Fitness is already exactly like a video game. Calories/energy, stamina, and xp... People just lack the discipline to change or just don't care enough or at all.
Very important speech. Sad for most of us with english as our second language(90% of YT), that there is an super annoying and meaningless noise (computer muzak) overdubbing the voice, that makes it totally impossible to concentrate on to what you are saying. Most will flee within one minute, and find a more professional video on the subject.
I can do 3 sets of 2 reps(i reach failure after 2 reps) weighted chinups(15 kgs), i reach fatigue in the third set, I don't even get to complete it. That feels very satisfying. But I'm a beginner, should I reduce the weight then? Edit: I like to finish me session fast, need time efficient exercise. I don't lik e to increase reps. I like to reach failure under 5 reps
