Awesome! Thank you sooo much. I am definately doing this. Cucumber chips sound good, so much healthier than potato chips!! Your idea for red wine vinegar & evoo on salad is genius. Thanks again! 😊
Here's a link to a good publication about using steam canners. Double stacking in atmospheric steam banners is not recommended because of the risk of jar breakage. I hope this helps. www.ncrfsma.org/files/page/files/fn2065_steam_can_it_right_fillable.pdf
Thank you. I just asked this question to Sutton Daze. I’m looking for these recipes for my canned meat recipes. ❤️ I make Molecular gastronomy - Alginate spaghetti noodles. Almost 0 carbs. Great recipe. I love peas in mine. The color is awesome .
Sounds Awful Damn funny, the government agency's " warning " people NOT to use wild / naturally grown things, only government approved grown food. Why do you think that is ? Well, it's awfully good to see ( pure sarcasm here ) people that still believe what BS the government dishes out !
I get it. It's really because there is no control over the environment, which can create a different acidity in the item. Also, because the sizes aren't uniform. There's just too many variations in wild foods. So there's no way to do appropriate research.
I have the same Nesco Dehydrator and use it to make Beef Jerky but then I have to spend hours cleaning the racks I am trying to find something to make the cleanup easier.
When the racks are messy, I use a Rubbermaid type of bin that I put the racks in with soapy water. I set the bin in the tub. Then I let them sit and soak for a while. After they soaked for a while, they clean up really easily. Then give them a good rinse, shake the excess water off, and pop them back on the dehydrator and turn it on, and let it do the drying. Then they'll be clean, dry, and ready to use again.
Thanks for letting us know what will be happening the next 2 weeks. Hope you get everything done that you need to, then when you get back to the videos you won't be worrying about what needs done. Happy 4th of July!!
I've never done that. Also, I think it's a different thing to sell things from videos. I don't think I can use it like if I had Etsy to sell things. In fact, you might check Etsy. I bet you'd find exactly what you want.
Thanks for the review and link for the UIRZOTN tumbler. I really like the function of the lid, very practical. So fun that you can put any design on the tumbler. Have a wonderful day and week to come!!
It was in Monroe, Connecticut. I said it was because I recently learned that sadly, it is permanently closed. I'm glad we got the chance to go there a few times when we visited Bryan's parents.
@@2leelouCreates Thank you for your message. It's sad indeed. Victorinox has also shut down its store on 5th Ave in New York City. I believe their marketing strategy has been geared towards selling their products online instead of bearing the high costs of a standalone store. The last time I checked, Victorinox was only keeping a few flagship stores in Europe.
@timsummers870 Every time we visited Bryan's parents, we would take any of our pocket knives that needed sharpened or fixed. They took them and would completely clean and sharpen them, then mail them to our home. They were like brand new. I would imagine they still provide that service, but just not via the physical store.
I have a hard time with tomato products not agreeing with my stomach. If I order a pizza, I opt for a white sauce instead of a red sauce, I think it may be ranch. Do you think if I make this sauce a little thicker and make my own pizza that it would taste okay?
I need you to come into my kitchen and dream up ideas from what I have in the freezer, pantry shelf, etc. I live alone and make the same thing all the time. I buy ingredients for something I saw that looked good, but by the time I get them home from the store a week or so later, I don't remember what I was going to use "that" for. Oh bother!! 😼
I feel for everyone in the heat. We police on the Oregon coast, and if it gets to 80 degrees, it's considered a heat wave. Today, the high is about 68. Our air conditioner is opening the windows.
It's nice to get to see you make up dishes with the mixes you've demonstrated how to make for our pantries. And especially nice when it is a 'just for two' batch size. Thank you, Linda!
