quick tip ik is 6 month old video try to take 2 limiters of your moped did it so my 49cc that should go 45km gets 60-70km/h thats a quite good improvement
Damn you Think 25mph i slow… in Denmark they Can only legally go 30kmh and if it runs 43kmh the police are permanent confisacting it with No chance of getting it back..
That chamber is definitely going to limit your speed. My heavily ported gilardoni kisses 70 with tall gearing. You might want to conisder. Ive seen those 70 reed kits hit 50 with no problem as long as youre thorough on your case matching .Keep at it. Youll get there
for anyone reading this. this bike is not under 3 grand. it is 3100 for the 2024 and with all hidden fees and in illinois you pay for plates at the honda dealer. it is over 4 grand out the door price with taxes and fees. all these videos saying 3 grand or under 3 grand. not real. i got this bike. i just got it. checked every dealer in our state. none of them are going out the door for under 4 grand.
You will lose your mind if you get an aluminium kit, a proper exhaust, a 28mm carb, inner rotor ignition and some good reeds... i have a Gilera Runner at 70cc with a hyper race kit, has 25hp and does 93mph :D its innnsaaaaaanee
1 minute 43 seconds in and I'm already a fan! You are driving a Honda to go pick up a Honda I'm a Honda guy LOL I hope you have a Honda lawn mower at home too😅
This video inspired me to get a TaoTao Classic50 back in February. I've since then put 3,500 miles on it already and have bought a High Compression piston and performance camshaft. I want to keep it at 50cc... for now.
13:08 Try pulling the clutch when doing this. When you are at ballance point. I've heard when you don't give it gass while it running. It's not getting fuel. So you can kill the engine by doing that. I am not proffesional with these things but just what people tell me. Btw - nice wheelies ;)
man, i always thought a 2stroke would be terrible for the street. i assumed it would need rebuilds often for obvious reasons. i wonder how long it can actually go before a rebuild. one other thing your killing yourself with is bleeding brakes. go buy a hand pump bleeder. way easier and way faster. i bought one and dont know how i ever lived w out one. worth every penny you spend by far. the time you save alone is well worth the price. its even better when its time to change fluid as well and get some fresh in there. buy one you wont be disappointed. another thing get rid of the farmers nut rounder lol. aka adjustable wrench. i built a 2011 husaberg 450 sumo and loved it. i sold it recently and kind of regretting it. i wanna get another sumo. hands down my fav bikes and ive tried everything.
The CT 125 brings some nice newer bits to the table but, I really don’t think you can beat this XR 150. The other one would be the TW 200. Best overall bang for the buck.
I dont know what suzuki motocross gearing is like, but I have 14-44 gearing on an exc, which I beleive has longer gearing inside the gearbox from factory compared to an mx bike and it wheelies fine, just takes time to learn could also be that because its en Enduro bike from factory, it has more tork on the bottom end compared to a mx
The videos have really improved in production quality and it’s awesome. Really appreciate all the work you put into the videos and hope to see more great content!!!!
Man i got the same bike . Trying to decide if a 70cc reed port would be worth it stuck between that and the 70cc piston port . Have a feeling the reed port would likely be a little more responsive and snappy but who knows what you think?
If stock is 12 you should go 14 front and -2 on the back. Would probably still be too short for the street :) I changed a KX250 gearing from 13/49 to 15/46 for ice riding and it still maxes out at 137km/h only 😁 The practical cruising speed with those sprockets is around 80km/h.
mainly because this bike has a lot of sentimental value to me and I love it. Plus 125's are actually really fun. Obviously as you mentioned they aren't good for street riding though
