You should say that you don’t sell them with magazines in the video since you make it look like it comes with one. Listing says functional but mine was so rusted in the chamber the round wouldn’t fit.
I don’t really get the brand new stocks on these. Most people are not wanting an original condition fire arm with a repro stock. Repro stock never fit 100% right and they are typically cheap. They also rid of the history. I hope that these stocks were only replaced due to the originals being well beyond any repair
I bought a restored Winchester M1 from Royal Tiger, the gun arrived with a used stock set, had to get them to send a replacement set to me. Took it to the range and it misfired almost every round. Had to manually slam the operating rod forward to get the gun into battery. Going to have to take it apart and see what's going on. I'm thinking the mainspring is shot or it needs lubrication.
The difference is that everything I've ever bought from CMP works perfectly. I've had a lot of problems buying Milsurps form other sources including Royal Tiger. I have an H&R Garand on order form CMP now, I decided to not buy if from Royal Tiger after the Winchester M1 they sent me....
I need to show yinz how to bump fire that from the shoulder, my CMP will eat 8 rounds of 30-06 in 1.5 seconds even faster if it had a good suppressor. That is a very nice fit and finish on that rebuild, makes my CMP look like it comes from the flea market yard sale. Thanks for the content upload.
I have rolled the dice with you folks four times now and have lucked out. My last purchase was a MAS 49/56 refurbished. I have not purchased a "refurbished" rifle from you before, so I was suspect. The Beachwood furniture is beautiful, the Parkerizing was nice and better than anything I could do, still working on the bore! LOL! I knew what I was paying for and would not complain if it was a paper weight. It is not, it is a part of history that I have since studied and very much appreciatte! I have spent more money on all the accessories for this rifle than I did the rifle itself. I love it! Thank you.
Nice of you to honor both sides equally , rare these days , anyways junes finally come up, when could we expect those kits to come in ? You said June so that’s why I ask
Will anymore of the “original” condition m1 garands be coming in or being listed ? I’ve got two of them and am pleased with them both My buddy saw them and now that your offering payments with sezzle he wants to pick one up.
Show the Model 1917, no to "light" rifling. Hmmm. Can't hit the broad side of the barn with it. But if you are willing to pay a 1,000 bucks you can happily overpay for it.
I checked your website. It needs help. Someone has made a good effort to include lots of good info and photos about each item. However navigation is difficult, no major index of arms types with sub menus taking the user quickly to the Lugers for example. Hire a pro for some temp work, pay the going rate. I will help sales immensely. PS: Remember, bore condition is paramount, be upfront about what the buyer is getting.
I'm a big military history nerd and just ordered my first three Gras rifles from you guys a couple days ago. I'm sure they'll be quite "salty", but the price was definitely right, and I honestly never thought I would ever have the opportunity to own such things. Thank you for bringing these forgotten treasures to market!
Glad to see accessories for sale. Though Austro-Hungarian Troops used magazine pouches that faced the same direction vs different left and right. That assisted with the loading of their rifles with the pouches both facing the same direction.
I have bought several rifles and accessories from Royal Tiger Imports. Enjoy the excellent customer service I’ve received and although I’ve never bought any on credit, sounds like a very fair deal indeed!
