Please correct “filed strip” to “field strip.”

I’ve ordered two of the “original” condition m1s from RTI while they’re seemingly two month long sale was going on for around $900 to $1000 For them ….. The two I ordered were both Springfield armory. One was 1943. And one was 1952. I was very careful to read the descriptions and got rifles with good bores and I’m very happy with both of my m1s However RTI does not disassemble these rifles to clean them in an ultrasonic tank…. If they are ultrasonic cleaned I’m sure they are just dipped whole. And the bulk of the debris is removed…. And they claim to test fire them with 2 rounds….. they do not provide you with the fired cases and the chambers are so dirty I don’t believe that is true…… You will 100% receive a rifle with worn out barrel bands and stock ferrules….. causing the stocks to rattle remember they are 70-80 year old rifles that were stored in an African shed….. they’re going to be worn out….. I bought new ferrules from ammogarand and my 1943 m1 tightened right up. And has the propped 4thou or so of play in the upper hand guard. My 1943 m1 was exactly as advertised. And after cleaning was pretty much ready to go…. The reason I stated earlier that these rifles don’t seem to be disassembled for one is the amount of dirt still inside them…… and the fact that the clip eject spring on my 1952 m1 was broke. RTI does a good job of listing obvious external flaws/ damage to rifles that are individually listed. However had this rifle been disassembled they would have caught that one $9 broken part This is by no means a bad reveiw of RTI. I’m very happy with my 2 m1 garands that the Obama administration tried to prevent me from having for almost a decade…. My only complaints/ suggestions is one to at least remove the trigger groups and butt stock when you sip the rifles in an ultrasonic tank…. And for gods sake stop idk if these came in before or after the whole wire wheeling issue in Ethiopia…. But they were obviously hit with a wire wheel removing pretty much all of the parkerizing. Or whatever of it was left on them to begin with. Other than that. I’m very happy with my two rifles. One has a good bore and the other a basically brand new bore. Both are mechanically solid. And came as advertised And got to me within a week. On both orders Had I had the money a little sooner I would have ordered more As there were a few Winchester and IHC rifles popping up in the listings.
