From my experience With BBraun, negative TMP means Dialyzer clotting (usually greater than negative 100). High venous pressures could also be clotting in the venous chamber, this is positive/high, usually higher than 250, depending on trends. Thank u!
Hi nurse lindsey. Do have a video on catheter preparation prior to starting dilaysis? Like dressing changes and catheter flushing? I'd like to learn different techniques.

Hello Lindsey, I have been watching your content a lot and it's helped me as a new tech. I have encounter a low census in my clinic. Unfortunately several patients in our clinic have passed away and or were upset by our clinics hours/ low staff so they left to home dialysis or other clinic. Do you have any advice for low census and hours being cut? I'm in nursing school full time and don't want to get a second job just yet or pick up shifts incase our clinic gets busy again. ❤ I appreciate your content and advice.
Hi Nurse Lindsey. I'm new to your channel. I just saw your vid here in YT. I can't wait to watch all your videos. I've always wanted to become a dialysis nurse and will start my training soon. ❤ Btw, I hit the subscribed button 😊
