Hi I started ur you tube . Like the way u teach. I have a question. How many steps should we do for each exercise?

@@seemaahmed4329 Thanks a lot for practicing with us! The reps differ from person to person. In some cases, 3-5 reps work while in others, more reps are required. You can surely test this as every body is different and unique! 🙏🏻😀🧘‍♀️

If i do Thoracic breathing after 2,3 times automatically Im doing Abdominal breathing so please tell me How can i control this wrong method

Since Diaphragm is the primary respiratory muscle, abdomen might move a bit as you inhale/exhale because of the downward/upward movement of the diaphragm. 🙏🏻😀

Just starting chair yoga. Don’t currently exercise. Found this to be a good stretch for a 69 year old beginner with fibromyalgia.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of Yoga. That course is only about Yin Yoga. We would also recommend Bodsphere’s 200-Hrs YTT divided into PART 1 and 2 for stronger foundation as a Yoga Teacher! 🙏🏻😀

This is my first try at yoga for a very long time. I am a senior now and could never get through other 'beginner yoga' routines, but though it wasn't easy, I got through it and more importantly, I liked it and felt good at the end. Thank you. I'm going to check your channel for more senior/beginner routines.
