@@suryanshupadhyay7125 That can be due to less shoulder mobility when you are pushing the shoulders and spine towards the floor. We would recommend that as of now, You can work on strengthening the shoulders. Plus you can work on shoulder mobility! We have tutorials for that as well! 💯
