I build unique robotics and animatronic cosplays, and teach you how to use electronics for your own costumes/projects. From large mechanical wings to casting molten metal - it's just me doing things I find interesting, and showing you how.✌️
there's a special kind of satisfaction that comes from your ideas becoming reality. this must have been very satisfying indeed. those little stickers were a detail I appreciated too!
a good example of .. hard work pays off. God damn that's incredible.. seriously. + You nailed his hair look too. Haha. freakin badass! Just wish you had done some shots in some kind of dark abandoned warehouse or something. Even could have made you a nice gallery of photos to remember the cosplay by. Eh.. not too late ? Clap clap
this is mental! remember seeing this on tiktok a little while back, to go from nothing to a perfect replica of something that dosen't even exist in real life is outstanding!!
Best way to make the visor: engrave/cut the pattern onto a flat sheet of polycarbonate, then vacuum form it onto an FDM printed mold Then proceed according to your process of spracing and sanding. (can probably spray and sand while it's still flat actually, so you can use an electric sander).
... and we wonder why we are using up Earth's ressources so fast per person per year. Stop all this waste of materials dude. Your product is useless and doesn't do anything good for society's function. Downvoted.
Most usb-c is like hardware advertising, buy that get this. Didnt work?... shame. never mind buy some more... that is sure to work. The only thing universal about USB is that they charge for a while, then stop. Hey time to buy another!
I wonder if they will ever be able to make ARGB lights that thin, so that you can set them to individually flash red and black, like it's more animated. That would be super cool if possible, some day in the future.
I can tell through the pain and countless attempts you wouldn't be so keen on selling this as a product, wouldn't be worth the headache. Amazing build my friend, Cyberpunk is an amazing world to experience. (Not in reality though, that would be a nightmare)
I want one. Maybe you can create a real motorcycle helmet with this configuration with all the necessary compliance and sell the design so that it can be mass-produced.
