This Side Hustle required one to have a minimum of $100k+ to invest to make $400/day. If one doesn't have $ to invest, this is not for you. Also, this should be titled " $400/day side hustle part 1 and required $ investment"
So you and I are in the same boat. I’m using my insurance policy currently to continue to grow my wealth. However, I added my parents as my beneficiary on this current policy…are you suggesting not to do that or it doesn’t matter?
Just wanted to add a side hustle that has worked extremely well for me. Tutoring. I enjoy it and I am good at it. Find a way to work with private schools (higher pay) and as a recent highschool graduate, I am easily making $30 a hour for one to two hour sessions. Even with just 2 students and four hours a week, you can make an easy $120 a week. Now imagine a few more students. This applies to any kind of lessons - if you can play an instrument, teach a sport, etc... Your knowledge is gold.
Yes. I just started online tutoring with two different companies. It's been so great. $325 a month at one company and 300 a month at another. That's if I clock 1 hour a day (week day) at each job. So $600 ish a month for roughly 50 hours of work a month seems good to me.
To be successful in markets, traders should understand the crossover between asset classes & liquidity flow. I've come to realize that the secret to making a million relies on the bases of good investment. Angela Lynn Schilling focuses on Multi-asset trading, a single strategy to manage risk, profit, and the code or the actual decision-making across multi-asset classes. Her skills set is top notch.
Will hopefully I can change the environment for ever and ever I am in to achieve this, I am already isolate myself from the butdown minded, I became alone

Hi I'm new here. So did you use BUILDIUM just for the bookkeeping 1099 aspect? Or did you use it for the full property management aspect? Or did you start small with bookkeeping, then move up to property management? Thank you❤
Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.
I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!

So, if you put 500 $ monthly into s&p500 you will have just about a million dollars after 30 years (10 percent annual returns)….. when you started the video you mentioned a steak that used to cost 3$ now it’s 80 $…… do you know what I mean? How much was a house 30 years ago? Around 50-70 k right? How much is it now? 250-450 k right? So, please tell me, how much a million dollars will me buy in 30 years? Bc a house in 30 years will be a million or more. With that being said, you can instead the s&p500 put some money to side for down payment. You will paid off your home in 30 years, but hey, rent it out and let tentant pay mortgage. Can you rent your s&p500 and get it basically free? No. Any questions?
It is said that between similar investments (ie Total Stock Market) that the ETF has lower tax consequences than the Index fund. Please explain how that happens? Does it vary by fund/ETF? And is it significantly lower?
Buying car for that low price is asking for trouble. Sometimes u need to think about the long term such as cars, houses, etc. Quality they said. It would been nice if u can buy somewhat used car that only been driven for a yr for that price range of $10k but very rare to find. And Warren Buffet is cheap. He use coupon on McDonald's despite being a multi billionaire for what? Teaching people that billionaires use coupon. When you accumulate so much money. U must enjoy your money because you cannot take that money with you when you die. Every people are built different.
The best thing about adult life is going for your dreams also making people jealous I tried to join the us army(dream job since elementary school) in 2019 after high school graduation but got rejected and then in 2022 I tried to join the French foreign legion but got rejected but I'm happy I'm rejected from the military because I'm not fighting against innocent people
I agree with what you’ve shared about school. I wish I would have immediately just started a businesses. Instead I got a degree in entrepreneurship and feel like I absolutely shot myself in the foot. What successful entrepreneur has a degree in entrepreneurship. 😅
