Yo remplase check valve fuel pump disel housing 2valvulas en el separator de agua Las lineas del disel fuel sensor del riel y siguio haciendo lo mismo hasta ke remplaze los injectores ese chistecito salio como 14 mil dlls
@@alreyindustries this is exactly what it stats. Driving me crazy because I can’t find anything that would tell me which sensor that is. I changed the sensor between the DOC and the PDF. No change. Same reading. -459 F SPN: 3249 The reading from the exhaust temperature sensor located midstream of the other two temperature sensors in the aftertreatment system in exhaust bank 1.
@@user-qi5vc3bk7e hm sounds strange. What you could do is turn the key on and then unplug 1 temp sensor at a time. Check the codes after you unplug one and see if the code changes or what other code pops up. When you get the right temp sensor it will either not throw a new code or give you the same temp sensor number with a different fault.
I just ordered a break light pressure switch for my international I hope that does it I changed the relay on it too cause sometimes they fail and stay closed but that wasn’t it in my case so next step is this break light pressure switch hopefully that will solve my problem
@@samyrodriguez5036 this video was made specifically for the 2018 and up Freightliner Cascadia. You might have a switch problem, but this video isn’t exactly for your truck.
@@boogieman6522 when I did this particular job, no, I did not. It’s probably best practice, but because the turbo was not passing oil into the air charger and was still in tact, I didn’t see a reason to.
@@supertitan21 if you delete the after treatment system entirely then no. The inlet nox sensor is associated with the SCR. The SCR is the catalyst that comes after the DPF in the after treatment system. I’m not sure what you mean by “taking the DPF off the truck”. But the only way you could do that and not get shut down by fault codes is by deleting the after treatment system by changing the trucks computer software. Which would delete the SCR and disable this sensor.
Ironically I had exactly the same problem for exactly the same switch. Pull the switch out and plugged it in at another slot on a dash - switch works fine, so must be something wrong with the wiring to that module on top. Never gonna need it anyway so just went to parameters and removed it from there - no more error. Thank you - great video!
You did an absolutely beautiful job on your pool. I have to do mine so Ive been watching the videos and you make it look much easier than some of the professionals make it look with the same product. Thank you for the tips on what not to do. You give great inspiration to all of us DIY'ers.
I had the yellow triangle and then red triangle run for 20 minutes or so. I'd restart the APU and it would run for 20 minutes and shut off. I was told by a thermo king dealer that i needed a new a/c compressor. Or freon is low. I let it go for some time. A friend of mine worked for that thermo king. And quit. I asked him what's the deal. He said 90% of the time, it's a ground or loose connection issue. I spent couple hours taking connectors apart, cleaning them, and reconnecting. After all connection cleaning, alternator connections, and major ground to frame, it fires up and works just fine
Am buy used 2021 just 2 month ago now to much show low coolant level countdown start after 10 second after 15 everything is good normal that problem now again again show
My truck derate then take to dealer they replace def dozer and now truck burn too much def fluid and took truck back to same dealer then they say need new egr cooler so with new egr cooler same problem now they say need turbo. Code on dash p04d900/p040100/ p240f00 . Any help thanks
Question : I have OTR Performance device with app on the phone and I got and option for “Forced SCR efficiency regen” Is this gonna bring the nh3 value up ? Is it the same as SCR efficiency test you’re doing on the laptop ? Thank you
I’m not familiar with the OTR devices. Is there an option for a forced regen in distinction to the “forced scr efficiency regen” option? If so, I would imagine this is the equivalent to scr efficiency test. If I were in your situation and I had some time to run the “forced SCR efficiency regens” I would go ahead and do it. If the code does not clear after the first one I would try to run it up to three times. If it doesn’t allow you to or it doesn’t clear the code, you may need to hook up with some software that can read the nh3 and perform the proper test.
I don’t remember a whole lot of hair line cracks. I had more loose material and hollow spots. If you’re worried about the new plaster cracking too you can treat those cracks first with some crack repair compound.
Great video big thanks, got a 19 LT with the A26, driver knew he had code #7 injector just kept driving for a month or so. Got it in shop replaced dpf cleaned doc and a new def doser then got codes for turbo & vtg and egr valve. Vtg linkage was off on turbo side shaft was seized, wouldn’t clear codes did how you showed in video all codes cleared but then popped spn3251 fmi0 dpf diff psi data valid but above normal. Problem is never had dpf diff code to start with only came on after doing the the steps in your video now it will not clear the dpf diff psi code. Any ideas???
@@alreyindustries I’m going to say the dpf data wasn’t reset another tech was working on this unit originally and he said it was reset but when I go into dpf regen test / all signals it shows dpf soot load 196% and its a new dpf not cleaned. I’m not to familiar with NEDS what I see looks like id go into procedures, first box koeo, service diag resets then dpf replacement. Or are you referring to something else for dpf data like I said I haven’t used neds in a long time. Thanks for your fast!!response!!!!
i want to share my experience on my dd13 2017. i was having these codes 520268-16 and 157-16- low pressure code, check engine light was coming on and off. After doing this test i had about 100 bars different which according to this video is a lot. i was told to change the rail sensor, the limiting valve or the fuel high temperature pump. i changed the quantity control valve and my surging went away and testing have maybe 3 bars a part, now. just keep in mind that after replacing valve you need to prime the system and replace o'rings for your fuel lines. take your time doing it, enjoy the experience and have all your tools ready and careful not to strip the small screws from the control valve and you will ok. Highly appreciate the video, thank you
The awning kit didn’t do shit to be honest. What I noticed is my code would pop up during the wind. It took 3 and a half years to figure out what the problem was. I spent thousands of dollars replacing one part after the other. Nothing helped until one day I noticed my exhaust pipe was bent with the guillotine clamp. Somebody tightened it too much and kinked it making the exhaust flow too hard. I replaced the pipe and clamps and everything went away. Like 6-7 codes disappeared
What year is your truck that this issue was on? I’m having the same issue with my 2019 Cascadia. I’ve spent thousands of dollars already on this SCR efficiency code, I’ve cleaned the whole one box including the DPF filters, change the after treatment harness changed all the sensors to the one box and I still have the same problem
listen to me The human world, it's a mess Life under the sea Is better than anything they got up there Under the sea Under the sea Darling it's better Down where it's wetter Take it from me
No. I only noticed it when doing an oil change. I think it may be able to cause those problems if the piece that breaks off gets stuck somewhere. But that wasn’t my issue. Are you losing oil pressure?
Can we replace the seal and injector tube without having to take off the valve cover and injector itself ? I have a lot of sludge coming out of there thank you
Yes you can. Only tricky part is breaking the injector tube nut loose and tightening it. Because of the hard fuel lines surrounding them. They sell a tool you can get that makes it easier or you can try a crow’s foot and extension. Other than that, yes you can do it without removing the valve cover.
Do you think we can save the already mixed sider repair until the morning? I'll call them in the morning, but wondered if you were able to with yours and use in the morning.
I don’t know. I wouldn’t recommend it. You could add water and mix it up pretty wet and then pour an additional amount of water to sit on top of it until morning. But it’s risky and it may lose its integrity doing it that way.
