Have you ever tried to watch your video on an average screen just to experience the pain of the users? ... It's unreadable man ... 4K capture and you are using a small portion of it to show us something ... Even with a 2560x1440 screen, my eyes are burning!

Glad I found your channel! I've been working in multiple light channels with some actors and lights affecting more than one channel but I have this super annoying bug where every 20 seconds or so (it's at irregular intervals) there's a bright flash of light almost like flash photography. The bug goes away when my lights are no longer separated into different channels but of course I lose my intended effect. Ever seen anything like that?
Thank you. This works well with subdiv geometry in zbrush, when you reworked low geo in maya and want to change it without losing details on the highest subdivision level. Quicker metod to solve the problem.
Thanks man, there are several texture streaming fix tutorials, but having you specify the texture streaming=true and the poolsize in the stats and making sure the amount I entered was higher than all of them, was the info that no one else had. I actually still have the warning message! but my stats and textures are finally all good again.
how much we can type in defult engine.ini ? i type in cmd 3000 and my stat streaming mem% be 62%. can i Increase poolsize in defultengine.ini to 3000? is there limit ?
Hey. So, moving windows like in thins tutorial is not a 'Maya' specific thing, it is actually part of the windows OS to move the active window, so would work for any application (However, Maya is particularly bad at adjusting screen layouts so we see it more with Maya than other programs). The windows command we are using here moves the active window. So if you are trying it and it is moving the main Maya UI, it means windows sees that as the active window. When you try to open a new window from within Maya you should see that the top bar dims slightly, that means it is no longer the active window and the one you just opened is. Make sure you do not click back on the main Maya UI before trying this technique. Hope that helps
What programme did you use to create the png? Sometimes a different programme can use an export method not recognised by unreal (I know that sounds stupid but I've learned that a lot of things about unreal are stupid). If you are able to open it up in another programme, or a web basses image editing package, and re export that may help
