Love the seafoam green. I love both the color shifting original finish and this refinish Ignore the haters. I refinished a cheap Jackson JS227 last year. Spray painted over the original matte lightish black paint a darker gloss black. Looks way cooler now.
Your dolls and puppets are not just toys, they are works of art. You have put so much love and care into making them, and it shows. You are a wonderful artist!
Very nice one , i wonder if it's possible those days to sculpt with a clay that is flexible after bake or dry and support aluminium armatures to make a flexible posable tentacle monster to make dynamics scenes after sculpt
Mate,spot on...im in a dilemma....people are saying"cant get good detail with super sculpty"....but yours is superb......and that paint job,f**k me.....outstanding
What happened to your etsy shop I was going to buy one of your sculpts they look amazing. Pretty sure the sculpt character had a backstory it was a dream stealer or something. They had a cloak on with pointy fingers.
The neck is actually quite thin and smooth which is one of my favorite things about all the Ibanez guitars and basses I've played. I have not had any problems at all with the bridge for palm muting, but I'm also not a very good guitarist. Someone that is much more technical than I am might have more specific critiques about it.
I love your stuff, everything you make astounds me. I see your notification pop up and I save the video until I can sit down and enjoy the whole thing without interruption. I always look forward to seeing what you create!
Unfortunately I will not be finishing that particular sculpture... Azathoth got crushed in a box when I moved :(, so I ended up sculpting a new base for Lovecraft, but did not film it. You can see pictures of it on my Instagram if you'd like to. I will definitely be making more creatures from the Cthulhu mythos though.🐙
i really wish there was more of your content. All of it is wonderful, as well as the early work on your channel. I hope i can be as good as you one day, you're a big inspiration to me ! <3
What great work you do... It all looks so lifelike....unbelievable attention to detail. You are inspiring me to work in larger scale...and go for it. I'm a retired teacher by I'll health...and am confined to my bed .... ...its a blooming nuisance trying to sculpt whilst lying down ...lol. I've had to quit painting as it's too awkward. So.....I'm grateful to anyone who can give me hope....so thank you .. Your work excites me. Managed to get a rubber shaper from etsy . .....the red pointy tool you have . I'm always o the look out for unusual useful tools. Just wondered....do you use a magnifyer light for details sometimes.?
I just binged all your videos - thank you so much for sharing your sculpting with us! If you don't mind me asking, what is the wooden tool you're using? Is it a particular brand/size? Thanks!
Thank you very much! the wood tool I'm using is actually just a cheap tool that comes with most sculpting tool sets you'll find at an art store or on amazon. I have sanded it down a bit over the years to make it a little better for detail work and also, since this video, I've added some heat shrink tubing to the handle for better grip.
Great job man, I'm in the middl of a half body bust of Pennywise but I'm having the hardest time figuring out his frilly collar, I really want it to be as close to the movie as possible but I can't find any material that is close to what is in the movie. I would have just made it from Sculpey but he's already baked and painted. If anyone out there has figured this one out I would much appreciate some ideas.
Hello, very nice video and project! I have that guitar as well, and i have a question to a fellow RGD71ALMS owner. Can you tell me which tool is used to adjust the truss rod? I somehow threw the manual etc. away, and i cant seem to find a tool that fits and makes sense...
Hello and thank you! The truss rod tool is basically just a small steel rod that should have, hopefully, been in a little plastic bag when you got the guitar. It doesn't really look like a tool so it can be easy to over look. The truss adjustment "wheel" is at the base of the neck between the neck pickup and the neck. Hopefully this helps.
So cool!!!! Everything that I just watched year was so amazing that you were giving me some inspiration. Just one question, what was the blood you use called?
The Sculpey Original(white clay) is a lot softer than Super Sculpey Beige, which is what I'm using in this video. For me, the Sculpey Original is too soft and it's difficult to see details with it being white. There's also Super Sculpey Medium and Super Sculpey Firm.
woow! This is really amazing art! Thank you so much for showing! You inspired me made my own sculptures in 2017, and now it`s my main job. Please, make more videos! With best wishes from Russia!
