Awesome quick workout. Really good hip rotation moves and expert integration of Barre moves into rebounding. I really love using the rebounder bar for leg stretching.
Oh wow!!! This is an awesome workout!!! Love the combo of Cardio HIIT and Barre/Pilates!! And, using the ankle weights was terrific!!! Rounding off with abs and a wonderful stretch, what a great way to start my morning!!! 🙌🙌😊💯👍!!!!!
This was a great workout.I use the stability bar for moves that challenge my balance (like that lateral kick). I also use the bar when I am overly tired.
