Hey all! If you want science-backed, cruelty free skincare reviews, you came to the right place! I'm a nurse and mom by day...skincare and beauty junkie by night. I love breaking down ingredient lists and using my hospital experience to knock out the bs! No marshmallow masks, lemon facial peels, or glittery skincare here!
I really really love your reviews! I have the same skin type and seems like no one has dry skin on RU-vid 😂 I want you to try Charlotte tilbury airbrush flawless foundation, please! ❤ Love ya
Regarding the Elemis pro-collagen cream not having great ingredients, I disagree. I am on my first jar of the ultra rich version of that cream, as well as the Pro-Collagen night cream; both have an amazing ingredient that in the US market is not well known. Mimosa Tenuiflora Bark extract, is an ingredient that I had been looking for in skin care for a while. I encourage you to do your own research on it, all I'll tell you is that it's been used for thousand of years in Mexico on victims with severe burns on their skin, so its regenerative properties is one of the many qualities this bark has. I'm actually loving these two creams, my skin used to be combination, but now in my forties has changed to normal to dry, and my skin is loving them.
I just bought this at Ulta and so excited to use it now. I have dry skin and I’m 37 so my skin has changed dramatically with age and after I had my daughter. Please let this work like you show and not set in my fine lines 😊
WOW. my crows feet got worse too !!! This darn eye cream is DRYING so drying and burns a little and eyes got worse under and above and crow's feet ! Much too harsh and drying g I hate it . I also used a hydrating eye cream over it after the first month of using it but still made my eyes worse!!!...everywhere so be careful
Elemis is worth every penny. No other brand comes close to it for my skin. It actually works out much more cost effective to just buy those products than waste even more trying lower price options that completely destroy my skin
I have been watching a lot of videos for this product olaplex 7 bonding oil. But I only see it being used on long hair. I have short hair. Should I not be using it. Do I need it? Thanks for your help.
Be careful with Timeless - they aren’t cruelty free and sell in China. They say on their website rhey are CT but there is nothing to confirm it / no certification (lots of brands lie about it), and if they sell in China, they will have to test.
I’m sure it’s the drunk elephant more than anything!most aha’s I can’t use anymore becuz they burn and itch so bad I don’t have a tolerance for them!It must be a Covid thing becuz they didn’t do that before!
i watched some videos and it’s normally white and it goes brown when the lid isn’t kept on it so idk how safe it is to use 😭🤷🏼♀️ also 39 is the best scent ever im so jealous 🩷
I love Sunday Riley I also bought naturisms 5% lactic acid emulsion its okay but nothing like my Sunday riley I am interested in trying the drmtology l.a.'s refining serum i haven't tried the DE one yet but i just absolutely love SR products that every time I can afford to splurge I splurge with them LOL although i wouldn't be hesitant to try DE but I'll probably love my SR more still lol
I have the Sunday Riley CEO vit c serum and it is the best product I have used in a VERY long time! I am so glad i tried it. I brightened my skin and calmed my irritated skin soo much.
I was a sucker and ended up buying a Tatcha moisturizer, the Indigo overnight repair. It’s fragrance free. Immediately after applying it my skin stung and the next morning I woke up and my entire neck was swollen. It looked like there had been a wire around my neck. Soooooo needless to say, I’m not a fan of Tatcha.
They manipulate you by making you pay a membership fee to give you the feeling like you're getting an incredible deal when they would be making money off of you either way. but you see "deal, savings, on sale" and your mind is tricked. I respect companies more that does use these mind games to get you into spending money with them. Just a good product at a good price.
Outstanding analysis...much better than Angie's which i felt was a bit too strongly influenced by her lukewarm response to oils to begin with. Yours is super thorough and comprehensive. I use and enjoy The Ordinary Argan. Before moisturiser and after an organic 100% rosewater + plant glycerin face mist. Kay ❤ (41, very oily and acne prone. I only love Argan and Jojoba, but also use unrefined shea butter mixed with almond oil, or Vit E sunflower oil...i break out badly with moisturisers except Aveeno Calm and Restore...oils less so).
Thank you for the information. I use the number three after I was my hair. I use a half of a dime amount on gently towel dried hair then I style it. My hair is fine and curly to frizzy, this product makes my hair look smooth and shiny I love it!!!
I have wanted to try this but their ad puts me off because I do not like to wear makeup or any female product that is they demo on males - the fact that a makeup product is on a male does not make me think it is what a woman needs or wants. Just weird for me. So I will stick with other products.
Oh my!🤗 I know this video has been up for a while but i just bought this palette and THIS is the video I need, thank you!!! 💜 All the tutorials I could find were gorgeous and artistic but way too dramatic for my day to day. Medical issues pretty much stopped me from wearing makeup for the last 7 years and so much has changed, in makeup and with my skin. Earlier this yr I i had to toss out 98% of what I owned and start over and relearn or update so many things. My Norvina palette was delivered yesterday and i was SO excited 🎉 but then really overwhelmed too. Now I'm excited to watch your ideas and apply them!! Thank you again 💜🤗
