I really like the concept but making it a multiple part series just takes away from the excitement and turns off the interested audience. And the worse part is that there are no links to the following video either. ...bummer!
I NEED HELP PLEASE 🙏 I HAVE THE AKJ1390H AND I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PROPER PARAMETERS IT'S SUPPOSED TO CUT MEADOW AND I CAN'T GET IT TO WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN TRYING TO HELP THROUGH PROCESS OF ELIMINATION BUT 3 MONTHS LATER I CAN'T GET IT TO WORK
I have a ajk1390h I'm having a problem with the software setup I'm not able to get the laser working can someone please give me any wisdom to help please
I just found this video just in time. It's exactly what I need. I had a Vevor CW5000 delivered a few days ago for the DIY 60W laser cutter/engraver I just started to build. I read the instruction booklet briefly and was concerned that the default "intelligent" mode appears to set the temperature higher than I have been led to understand is ideal for the laser tube. It looks like it should be a breeze to set the chiller up correctly following this video. Thanks a lot.
Great video, what made you choose acctek out of interest compared to blue elephant or gweike for example? I had a quick look and they seem to be the two largest co2 makers on alibaba. Also Are you still offering help with getting a laser fitting your needs?
Hey there, would you be kind to offer some advice, any is very useful: I have a Robland Z400 M panel saw sliding machine with 2 blades. Problem is that i can't align them perfectly... The pre cutter is always a bit off to the right or to the left and that is my problem. How can I allign those 2 blades perfectly?
I don’t understand the value of the camera. I was excited to see the possibility of not having to make sure my plate was square or positioned perfectly each time I cut. Do I understand this right. I have to put it on then measure the offset to torch then make a mark outside the material at that offset then bullseye the camera to the mark. Do I have this right?
Thinking about similar setup for three router station. Questions: 1) why not water cooled for noise; 2) have you tried panel raising bits (e.g., 3+ inch bit with back cutter) on a single pass); 3) if you did it again what would you have changed?
if anyone else is wondering the same thing the answer is F2 and F3. the brackets next to the threaded rod will only go one way and the brackets across from each of those have to be the opposite hole so that the distance between each pair is the same.
Can you do another video with more info about the laser (brand/price range, etc.) and techniques on how to use it on pens and other wood objects? Thanks!
I have a 2000 and I noticed the wheel was almost lopsided. I will try this at a slooow speed also, thank you. Didn't want to buy a new one if this all that's wrong. Thanks again.
Way to go! Great video and explanations. I just got my first Chinese machine and after a lot of research I made it a bit tailor made too. Buying straight from the manufacturer was the best thing I could’ve done, as u said, upgrades are way cheaper. I also made the same mistake to buy it CIF and here in Tallinn they charged me more than 600€ to receive it and do the paperwork... great advice of yours. Also, with all the upgrades, how come u didn’t upgrade to hybrid servo motors on the XY? Cheers
Hello Cabani, you can deal with seller by FOB,CIF or DAP, CIF means seller pay for the freight only , buyer need pay the local sea port charge and customs duty, finish the customs clearance. for the laser machine, stepper motor with belt is ok, hubrid servo motor is similar to the stepper compared the machine Performance
Can you set the temp below 3c? I need to go below 3c. Can you set it 0c or go into the negitives? say -10c if needed? Also do you know what the chiller is made of? is it stainless steel or cooper internally?
