Thank you very much mam, nice information. I am a marathon runner. Running from last 10 years but never track heart rate. Recently I purchased garmi watch. Than I started to track heart rate. My age is 47. Resting HR is 60. I ran at full speed 1 km in 4 min. At that time HR was 192 max. Average was 186. Mam please can you suggest me the zone 3 and 4 HR.
