This is a reference to the '60s BBC production of John Galsworthy's "The Forsyte Saga", which was shown on German TV in the middle of the 70s, when Loriot produced his show. The saga had a very complex character canon over 26 episodes, which was a challenge for the announcers.
Somebody else was supposed to do this sketch. But that person was prevented. Then she was asked to do it the next day and practiced the sketch just the evening before. I guess it would take me weeks or months.
His Tonguetwister are so good. Bodo is Simply fantastic! You should also Check out „Die Lösung“ (The Solution), „Abschaffung der Demokratie (The Abolition of Democracy) and so many more. I consider him one of the best Songwriters ever.
Evelyn Hamann was a wonderful actress! And the work between Loriot and her was perfect! And you can watch all of it! It is extremly funny discription of the typical german society. The german language is very good spoken.
it IS a tongue twister and meant to be one, the original is out there for a long time and it's fun for kids. it's not a serious rap with a message in any way like for example Eminem songs are, it's comedy and playing with words and language.
i try to give a germans view to bodo wartke, the pink guy. he is pure talent, intelligence, a verry smart and deep level of humor. he takes your brain and forces it to think about what he is saying, nothing else is possible! he talks about simple stuff, every day stuff, and more. his angels are from a kind persons point, and i really like it! it is cleverly rhymed and makes the inside of your skull itch --> there is no other way to describe his art! is know plenty of videos of him, you need to go down this rabbit hole, do it!! learn from it, listen to it, go along with the ride he takes one on!! plenty of happiness incoming, enjoy! *videos as comments under this comment...
Didn't know this version but they just made a song from this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gG62zay3kck.html It's also a great explanation of german long word alliteration ^^
Marti Fischer - He is the real hero. He has his own channel with music. His series "Wie geht Musik?" is the best. A style of music, a genre, is always taken, explained and broken down into its components. Then he makes a song of that style on the computer using samples he has recorded himself and usually follows it with a music video. It's interesting when you see how music is constructed and how simple some top 10 hits are. A good producer who knows what a chord, a third, fifth or triad is can write something like that in 10 minutes, the artist sings with autotune and is admired by millions. One clip was about the Beatles and people believed that the song he had created was really by the Beatles. This music was more difficult for him to analyze, but he mixes together what's on the radio these days like a pancake.
Sometimes i wish to can look back in time to see the making of this legendary Sketch. How could the Camera Team not roll over the floor, laughing to the egde of Death?! Loriot was a Comedy Titan.
Marti Fischer is a music producer and a musical genius. He did a lot of videos in which he explains different musical styles by reconstructing them himself on the fly, and that contains everything from Rammstein to John Williams. I'm not sure if there are any of these videos with subtitles, but they're pretty awesome. If you feel brave enough to check it out without subtitles (maybe outside the channel) you definitely should. This guy is next level because he's versatile as hell and can do anything. So he was the one who composed this song while Bodo was more or less the mind behind the lyrics.
Bodo is not the kind of musician that is stuck in one or two styles. He uses whatever style fits his songs. From Charleston to rap, you can find everything in his repertoire. I have one example for you where he really shows his musical talent. The automatic subtitles are not perfect, but it's good enough to enjoy the lyrics as well. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oxmfKCkE0jM.htmlsi=d591Jelimg9l0B9r
Oh come on please, those opportunistic pop chart thing is somehow rap, but as rap has to be part of the Hip Hop culture this is sheer bs. Overrated, overhyped. Too many non-clue youtubers reacting to those guys and giving them a platform they do not deserve. Rap is meant to be hard critcism of the system, not pop chart stuff by non - Hip Hop peeps. It has to be. The real "german Eminem" (why? just why?) is Morlockk Dilemma, just search for the study: morlockk dilemma wortschatz The narrator woman in that clip says Morlockk Dilemma is from Berlin, but that is wrong. He is from Leipzig. And it's worth it to get his whole discography, opens your mind. Check some clips of him, there are dozens.

Adding to the other comments: Marti has a vid on his channel of them writing the Music that they are performing to. Gives a small glimpse at the vast musical talent of Marti Fischer ;>
And Body Wartke can do so much more! He took 2 literature classics, Oedipus and Antigone, and made a genius play out of it by writing modern songs for it and he was acting in it as well! But not only was he brilliantly acting one of the roles, but all of the roles!!! I saw Oedipus and was blown away and laughing my freaking head off! It was just so good!!! He only used very few requisites, but he used a clever way of distinguishing between the roles: He'd put on a cappy a certain way or some other single accessories and use a certain accent for each role. So the play was a combination of acting and songs. The best one man show I've ever seen! Everything was on point! (His motivation 4 doing this: 'It's such a pity that those great stories r written in this old way of speaking no one really understands anymore'). I just love him 😍
In this Video, you have discovered another German genius as well: Marti Fischer. He started his career with really good voice imitations and has an incredible ability to create songs whatever music-style you want. He shows this ability in a bunch of Videos named "Wie geht eigentlich Musik" in which he analyzes the typical ingtedients of music styles and builds up a song in this style bit by bit... Maybe a good start would be his video where he decipher Abba: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XRu6phWfuc8.htmlsi=vyZYk9C-56qT6-kW
Slowly your color grading/white balance is going from that kinda sepia look to almost black and white. At this point you might as well film in black and white to begin with. 😄
