Ultimate fan of the large and small screen, referencing titles of all from eras around the world. I created this channel to be a guide to the world of kaiju movies, tokusatsu series, and horror. Beginning with Gojira (Godzilla), I want to introduce fans to all forms of entertainment! Let me take you on a journey of film, television, conventions, and events that inspire creativity and excitement.
@@leonriosecovega7520 Becuase there's already four dinosaur themed shows with two of them in the last decade. We don't need anymore for a good long while. Ryusoulger also showed the ideas are dried up.
This series made kamen rider famous all over the world. And it still is my favorite kamen rider series character wise and story. When people asked me abt kamen rider, hes the only one who popped out in my head.
Always remember this series to be a homage to kikaider and hakaider more so than it’s saban counterpart because of metalder and topgunder. The neros transformation was also very scary back then and it’s on par with the 80s sentai villains like turboranger emperor lagorn. Looking bad it’s ridiculous how big neros different factions are, but still can beat one robot. Along with jiraiya, it might be last recognizable season before the two B fighters seasons. The following season like Janperson, blue swat, and the others always feel like they are trying to be robocop like other of b movies from Asian countries during that time period.
You Didn't Bring It Up In The Review But The Saima Siblings & There Monsters Are Supposed To Match The 4 Elements Air,Earth,Water,Fire Thou Maybe It Was Noticeable Anoth To Note
Oh I Always Thought It Would Be Cool To Have A Sentai Villain Actor Play A Ranger Didn't Know It Had Already Happened With Shigeru Chiba Thou His Roles Where Both Smaller Ones. It Would Be Cool Thou To See That For A Major Villain Actor Come Back & Play A Main Ranger One Day Like If A Child Villain Actor Would Go On & Play A Ranger As A Adult Years Later Or Something.
@@TokuAndAnimationNewsNetwork Yes I Always Interested In Seeing That Reverse Many Ranger Actors Have Played Major Villains In Seasons But Not Other Way
I feel like Inoue wrote wataru to be a pansy. The whole love triangle towards when his 'girlfriend' dies and hes like, I'm gonna go back to the past to make sure I was never born. Although nothing against his actor.
@@vejokublue6984 That's the point though. He goes from scared shut in to hero over the course of the series. Wataru has some of the biggest amount of character growth compared to other main riders. I did not care for the going back in time thing though.
Hence why I figured he would give the series two of five Grown Ups In Spandex at best. Maybe a three out of five if he's feeling really generous but I highly doubt that.
I mean, it would be cool, but I personally would skip them. I've only got room and money for a limited number of them, so I'm really just sticking with my top favorites and the 90s (which includes most of my top favorites).
@@TokuAndAnimationNewsNetwork Admittedly, I have watched Metalder through the fansubs that aren't done by Metallic Fansubs twice. I am planning to watch this series again with, well, Metallic Fansubs this time after I eventually finish up on watching Juspion, which I am effectively stalled on for some reason, and rewatching Spielban. I will then start off on Jiraiya after what would be my third overall viewing of Metalder.
The rugby episode to me is the iconic episode of this series for me. It shows that the times have changed since the old showa days, aliens are now living among humans in disguise as opposed to trying create havoc or take over the planet.
Just focus on the initial five rangers until at elast episode 10, then bring in Balance and Naga. Have them fleshed out for another few episodes before making Raptor and the commander Kyurangers.
Yes and no. Yes because they come with 90% of their weapons and hands to match the show. Plus, the paint job is consistent and the colors are done right. No, because they're 4inch scale and the stickers. The Nezirangers put the Hasbro figures to shame though as they are the right colors.
It’s not the zenkaiger review yet but I think it wuold have been cool that the villains from that show where not so openly evil with is robo people being more of an corrupted government that used the casuallity of all the sentai mechas being robots to control them and get to their dimensions and conquer the dimensions them and the main four kikainoids are some kind of rebels (and an unlucky janitor in case of vroom) that worked with kaito’s parents to stop the evil empire from still conquering dimensions
@TokuAndAnimationNewsNetwork No really you never heard of lazytown is probably one of the greatest cartoons of all time and one my favorite cartoons ever
Here's a question: how come Toei never considered bringing back the vs movies after Jetman was finished filming and airing? Was it a financial reason or something else?
I'd need more Kakuranger villains. It would look weird having just Junior and no one else. At least for a DaivsZyu set I've got the Dairanger grunts and a few ideas. Right now, I've got nothing for KakuvsDai.
So, sad fact about the toys. This was the first season where we stopped importing the Japanese toys for US selling. This has led to such insane differences in quality. Some of the biggest quality differences being between Gokaiger and super mega force, and kyoryuger and Dino charge. This is because in the US versions, gimmicks were gutted/changed.
@@TokuAndAnimationNewsNetwork though the environmental pollution theme was decent. And what’s weird is the year before go onger aired. The game chibi robo park patrol came out. The early 2000s still had a a lot of environmental talks
So Ik your gonna be reviewing Mobile Cop Jiban later this month with the Blu-Ray, but are still gonna be doing reviews for Spielban and Metalder? Cuz once you do I believe you'll be able to ever season from Solbrain forwards.
I actually just quality checked my Metalder review. If things go well, the Patreon edition will be out on Friday while the RU-vid version will premier on Monday night. We've got 10 episodes left of Spielban with the plan to finish it this weekend.
