According to the Behringer Instagram page, the holdup is with the Zaquencer firmware and software, which apparently is quite complex. That is a shame for me, as I have no interest in an included sequencer. I simply want a controller for some of my older hardware synths. The product may have been out by now if it wasn’t for the collaboration with ZAQ Audio.
Thanks for the video! I want to start with the Behringers' synths. I want to get the Crave first. Which one would you recommend to get right after it? Thanks! : )
I have never heard of or don't know of a way to interface midi with an audio interface. Did you mean to say midi interface or is there a way to convert audio to midi?
Thanks for the video! : ) I want to start with Behringer's synths and I was wondering which one to get first ... May be the Crave ? : ) I want to create music and jams without external keyboard .... just twisting knobs and rhythm and sound. : ) Which synth would you recommend to get first?
I have been greatly inspired by Gary Numan and your videos with the MC-707 and I just ordered a used one from Perfect Circuit, which is arriving in a few days! Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work
I think it boils down to how lazy are you or not. Because there’s a lot of great engineers because they documented everything they did in the studio that you can pull up all the settings and get the sound of the band that they recorded like their amp settings and stuff. As long as you document your stuff properly, it shouldn’t be too big of an issue. You might not ever get the exact sound, but it’ll be probably enough so write it down in the journal and even take pictures if you have to.
It would be smart if they released the keyboard part as a poly-aftertouch MIDI master keyboard. It was the keyboard that appealed to me but as I said before, they were too slow to market for me. A bit of a downside to their teasing marketing strategy - "soon" could mean 5 days or 5 years!
Thanks for the nice video! I want to get started with the Behringer synths and I'll get the Crave and the TD-3-MO, but I've just realized that if I want to play them together I must have some kind of audio mixer ... : ) Can you recommend what additional gear I need to own with the synths at the beginning? Thanks!
I saw your vid from a few weeks ago stating you're running on just a few pieces of gear. Was this just the 707 doing this track, I assume it was based on the title? Very nice work BTW.
Todd, I've been a subscriber of your channel, with the ALL bell enabled for years. And I can honestly say RU-vid has never offered me one of your jam videos. I have only ever seemed to see the synth reviews, particularly your Behringer coverage. Something feels not quite right about the ALL bell thing!?! Will certainly check your project out from now on. Bless.
I’ve had a feeling for awhile that the bell goes deeper with the algorithm and doesn’t necessarily show everything from everyone you hit that be for on the page. I imagine it’s mid range and smaller channels that get screwed. How it all works I really have no clue. I’m not sure if it depends on what you click in my channel or maybe even goes into what you click on overall. Only TY knows. It forces many people into a specific type of content to keep numbers
