man, the entire cold war is always seen as a game, a chess match, a card game, what have you, but thats what it really was, a game, ive always heard descriptions of eisenhower, even khrushchev being elite players, but this game, is zero sum, and when you lose, not just you, but every one dies, its scary, but just imagine how it must have felt to be someone like eisenhower who was good at that game, ive also heard that kennedy was a not so good player, political opinions aside. imagine the terrible feeling for someone like him. this entire "game" is just wild
Yes, the spanish "flu" was terrible. In fact, there still are many questions surrounding this mysterious and deadly pathogen and although the medical and scientific community have come to a common conclusion on the subject there are still many anamolous factors surrounding this mysterious infection or event that haven't been satisfactorily answered. I suggest people should look into it on their own with their critical thinking skills fully operational and come to their own conclusions.

However the video tries to be "neutral". There is a serious problem: who benefits from it? The short answer is Israel. You don't cover the legal questions about the legitimacy or not of the state of Israel. Here there is a fact of basic international law: the principle of self determination only applies to natives people. As a consequence self determination applies only to palestians, independent of their religion and culture. This mean that all Jewish seatlers and migrants lack the right to claim statehood over the territory of Palestine. Even more if this state openly violated the self determination right of non Jewish palestians, this is because the state of Israel denies their right of self determination. The conclusion is simple, the statehood of Israel is illegal and the only legal solution is allowing the right of self determination of all Palestinans . Also you lack explanation and depth about the ethnic cleansing policies of Israel. For example you never mentioned the systematic destruction of palestians villages, which is policy similar of naz1 Germany in Poland during the invasion.

At the map at 2:50 there is a big mistake when talking of the Seljuk empire. It did NOT include Egypt, ruled by the Fatimids, a Shi'a dinasty which was in relatively good terms with Byzantines. Actually it was them who lost Jerusalem to the seljuks. While Fatimids allowed Christian pilgrimage to Jerusalem without much issue, Seljuks did not.

Whoa. this is a arrempt to say all was well.they wwere not well off and its all relative to the war years. being modern was before the war and its continuing is not a reflection of a glorious Weimer world. The people there knew better the conditions and theyb rejected the weimer era. Things only got better after its fall. These few years were not how the people looked at it. they knew it was too much problems. the glowing picture here is surely false. plus the feminism and liberal sexual moraity stuff is a private endoursement of this video and not the Germans. The obsolescence of the Turkish missiles is irrelevant. Firstly, even if even true, why would the soviets take the American's word for it. Secondly, if they did not work, then why were they even there given the escalatory spiral they initiated? Thirdly, their obsolescence merely means they can, and probably will, be replaced by something less obsolete. Although the Soviets were made to look like the bad guys, it was Western duplicity that preciptated this crisis from start to finish.
