I’m going on a retreat on Thursday. I have discovered these results from transcendental meditation (including travelling) plus I practice hot yoga a few times a week and it, including the meditation, has allowed the mind chatter to minimise itself. I’ve never tried mushrooms before but I’m very appreciative of you sharing your experience, beautiful soul. Im so happy for you. Stay blessed 📿✨❤️
With 60 kg of bodyweight you can‘t have 44 kg of muscles, or is your body boneless and without organs? 😂. But good results of body composition. Congratulations.
What I like about this, and what your video made me realise, is that now you have an outfit (or a set of outfits) that you can just go with on the days that you don’t care, don’t have much time, etc. But that also makes it very clear when you do really feel like wearing a particular outfit/colour, it’s like a clear signal in your brain: oh yes, this dress that I love, really want to wear that today. and that now also does not require much energy (except if that dress wouldn’t be practical in which case you can go back to the uniform). So basically it makes the whole process of getting dressed much easier, even on days were you don’t actually end up wearing the uniform.
My wardrobe is minimal because I hate buying clothes and have limited funds at the moment so I don't wear a uniform per se but there's very little variety - I do like the fact of spending little time choosing what to wear simply because there's so little to choose from. Obviously, you didn't have to make the experiment quite so strict in that you could have just worn the uniform five days instead of seven and allowed different clothes going out but I guess it's kind of a good challenge to go all in and congratulations for sticking it out. Even if you didn't make it easier by replicating the uniform in different colours, one thing you could have also done after the experiment is wear the black uniform when you couldn't be bothered thinking about what to wear and not wear it when you could. I think clothes do reflect your personality so it's good to combine being able to do that with a setup that reduces time worrying about what to wear.
I just found your channel today and I must say I can relate to most all of your videos. I had just started research on mouth breathing vs nose breathing these past few weeks. Boy I’m glad I did. I too am interested in facts and results. I like your style. In turn 58 next month and my age has recently begun to show me how hard life can be and how quickly it can happen. So I’ve taken up, I guess , a renewed advocacy for my physical and mental health. I’d love to see you do a video on rebounding if you haven’t. I started two months ago and I can really tell a difference in my arthritis pain.
I’ve been wearing flip fops and bendy ballerinas since Covid. Am barefoot at home. This is the most comfortable for me now. At some point, I found it incredibly difficult to wear heels again for work. My feet can’t tolerate ‘normal’ footwear nowadays. Sounds like I should just stick to my ballerinas.
Почему никто не ругает скос в мыске рядом с большим пальцем в такой обуви? У меня тоже палец втыкается в него и иногда кажется что палец наоборот испытывает большое давление и сильнее загибается во внутрь.
This challenge is just my actual life, I've worn the same style of clothes everyday since covid. I never discussed it with friends, I just did it, and I probably had less conversations about it, because of that. Shoes have changed due to the season and the event though.
I do this with different colours each week. Monochrome changed every week. Closet arranged accordingly. Easy. But it cannot be the same top or bottom. Skirts and pants; capris, narrow, flare etc etc; silk, wool, cotton, or blend; different types of tops. Still very easy.
Interesting, i always wanted to try capsule wardrobe. But, i noticed that instead of making the decisions about outfits, your mind often went to thousands of thoughts about not wanting to wear the chosen one. Is that contraproductive? Whether thinking about what to wear or thinking about not liking what you wear , then there is no effect? Don't get me wrong, i am not criticizing - i am just wondering. What do you think? (Yes, I tend to overthink 😅 )
But looking at her wardrobe she has loads of stuff. No one really notices what someone wears, unless it’s massively outrageous. Stop press people aren’t that interested in other people.
To get optimum benefits nutrition is key 80% results are done in the kitchen. As get older people skip meal frequency and metabolism slows down eat every 3 hours to help metabolism cut down on carbs after 6.
Funny about people not wanting to be "muscly". There are factors involved with building muscle. Genetics... Even doing the training you show in your videos, if you have the correct genetics you will get muscular! Most people do not possess those genetics! Protein intake.... Most people can't stomach the amount of protein needed to build muscle either (1g per lb of bodyweight) Overload... In order to grow you also need Overload. Getting stronger, pushing to muscular failure and intensity are all principles of overload. Generally speaking, most people won't do these things so they will just be fit enough to make them feel better and look a bit better. And to lose fat, it's not about working out, it's about diet and a bit of daily activity
Hi would like to know if you plan to do a fasting video again showing your blood chemistry results (for example, , white blood cell count) before and after the fast. Thank you and have a great day.
I enjoyed your video. Please do a workstation assessment (search for DSE assessment). Nobody should sit hunched on a laptop like that - it will damage your spine.
This may sound weird but if you like really spicy food, you'll like this one. It feels like eating a really hot slice of chilli but on your back. Or a bit like taking a really hot shower. The first few seconds are painful but when you've shuffled around a bit and found the perfect position where no part of the skin is too taught in between the spikes, then it's cozy warm and prickly.
Laura, for hair.. Odylique. I've been using their basic shampoo for years and has really benign ingredients. You don't need much.. and a bottle lasts me months even with long hair and washing every other day. So it's worth it. I also use a pea sized amount of their conditioner. Great company - lovely skin oil they do too that is completely lovely for the skin, like skin food. I only use oils on my skin these days, and mostly just use jojoba oil, or even ev olive oil, cause of wind and sun, feels good to use something.
