Everyone at Keto Chow headquarters have excellent customer service skills. I have personally been helped before by Christian and Travis, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about their professionalism and friendliness! Other companies could learn so much from @KetoChow!
I once got someone else's packing slip and order in my box...just had to send pictures to customer service to get it all fixed...they replaced & express shipped the items I was shorted, and told me to enjoy the few extra packets that were in excess of what I'd ordered. I was surprised and pleased at how easy it all was. 😊
It was nice to see Christian. He has helped me with my orders a few times. Always kind. Always patient with me, I always have a lot of questions. I have to make sure my money goes a long way to help with my journey, Always helpful. Chris I wish you had a shipping location in Michigan, by me, I would to work at Keto Chow. I love my Keto Chow. @KetoChowRU-vid tried for over a month via chat and email. I'd have quit keto chow if not for my son and other half liking it so much. I was frustrated and upset with chat and email.
We typically respond to all chat messages during business hours, usually within an hour. If you weren't receiving replies, we'd like to investigate further. Were you not getting replies back to your messages?
I was sent the wrong item in an order, and Customer Service wouldn't send me the correct item until I shipped them back the wrong product they sent to me. They gave me a return label, but driving downtown to the Post Office, so I could stand in line for an hour, wasn't something I wanted to do. I never got what I ordered.
The Post Office does have a service you can use to schedule a pickup through the USPS website. Package Pickup is a free (regardless of the number of items scheduled for pickup), next delivery day (or designated delivery day) service.
@KetoChowRU-vid I would have to go to the Post Office anyway to purchase a shipping box since I no longer have a box to return the product in. The bigger question is why is the burden on me to make this right? Keto Chow is the one that shipped me the wrong product. A company that truly cares for its customers would apologize for the mistake and promptly send them the item they paid for. At this point, I've just written the order off as a loss.
