Hello everyone :) here is the ingredients you will need.
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Oil
6-8 Tablespoons sugar
2 Cups Flower
1 Teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup White Seseme Seeds
2-3 Cups of frying oil
(This recipe makes 32 Happy sesame balls)
The frying oil can't be too hot or the sesame balls will burn leaving the inside raw. We check the temp with a chopstick to see if the oil bubbles. If the oil bubbles its ready.
