I started this channel with the dream of making millions and a few online friends. Although I have yet to make my first million, I am proud to have created an active online audiophile community. Unlike other traditional review channels, I designed this channel to give you the feeling of chatting with an old friend. I am fortunate to have made many audiophile friends on my audio journey, and with decades of combined experience, I can give you a unique perspective on the gear I reviewed.

weird how they only choose one specific guy on youtube too do an review.. the demo version is probably has better spec's than mass produced end product?
the dispersion looks like a 100$ diy speaker with poorly LFE, but man the directivity at highs are truly the worst part. the audiophiles just love to sell shit to another audiophiles. This compite with 99$ budget diy speakers not more.
Bought one used on eBay. 900 bucks. First thing changed the 5u4g to nos RCA 5u4gb to handle the extra volts that Skunkie talk's about. Also replaced the 6nl7 with RCA 5691 red base triple mica. I've ordered Psvane WE 300b. As of now waiting for the WE to arrive. So far not one single issue. I think it sounds great 👍. Running KLH MODEL 5. 91.5 sensitivity. Will post again when the Psvane WE arrive. Cheers 🥂
Hello, I’m a big fan of your channel, and the content is awesome but the views going down really makes me sad. I would love to work with you to grow your channel to grow this channel. Is this something worth a conversation?
@NavrangMedia-ee8nl Thanks for the concern, for me, to grow the channel is not my goal, those who enjoy my video will watch, those who don't, that is ok. I do welcome constructive criticism, please let me know if you have any.
Several years ago, what was then Stereo Review magazine conducted double-blind testing of several power amps, ranging from a $400 (give or take) Pioneer receiver to a $40K four-piece tube power amp system (Julius Futterman). Other power amps, mostly if not entirely solid state, were included in the test. The speakers, cabling and all other associated equipment, were appropriately high-end. Those who participated in the testing were members of an audiophile club and the testing was conducted over at least one full day. The only variables in each set-up were the power amps. The participants were asked if they could hear differences among the amps (ABX testing). The result: the listeners could not reliably identify differences among the amps-- in other words, their choices were no better than random. I recall one participant commenting that a lot of Julius Futterman owners were going to be upset upon learning the results. Yes. the testing occurred about 40 years ago. But I have no doubt that the same testing method today using representative power amps would yield the same result.
Well, then the question is, should we change the testing method? Or does this test reflect actual real-world results? Was the result peer-reviewed? What was the test material and was the time frame too short to be conclusive? and bla bla bla. Everything for me must follow the 7-step scientific method to be even considered, or else it is just a bunch of people having fun and thinking their results reflect the truth of the universe.
Speaker cable onnectors do sound different .....so does almost every component has it's own signature ....depends mainly if your system is capable of differciating this sound caracter..and your hearing ... A person with daltonism should noot pretend that the color does not exist.......but some do.
It would be great to compare this to a Pass Labs XA25. Seems like both amps were designed with the same low gain stage and limited parts philosophy. My suspicion is that the Galion might outclass the Pass in the bass department.
I really don't understand the point of this video. You are comparing 2 entirely different speakers with very different price points. Secondly, these LaScala's are way too big for these rooms!
