Definitely not enough on here at least compared to factory, you’ll just be overheating within a few years if that, I hade 542 days in hours on my factory thermal paste still ran great just wanted to ensure it was up to date 😅
@@NSC-Modz ah ok i was worried it was like uneven pressure on solder balls or something because without the caulk the sides of the cell ihs dont touch the chip.

@@NSC-Modz it worked, I bought some proper solder wire and the flux. I did on a slim version so the power for the third pin wasn’t on the same spot as you mentioned. So I did the wire option you gave us. Thank you, keep on the good work.
I am thinking of changing the original fan for a noctua model nf-b9 redux 1600 3pin (not pwm, which would be 4 pin conector) it’s size from what I have been measuring would fit perfectly on ps3 slim models. But I have two concerns. 1 - would be a bad idea since there Amperage difference is quite large? 2 - would that bring better overall temperature to the console? When I mean overall, I wouldn’t only register the temps of the cpu and gpu. But measuring also other spots like power supply, Bluray driver, etc…

Have the same issue HDD not detected intermittently 3 different HDD same issue also HDD makes beep like noise like a faulty HDD but its not faulty when an SSD is not detected either
@@NSC-Modz with my amateur skills I managed to tackle the issue directly on the 5V rail replace Ti chip and 2x 10k ohm resistors it came back to life now gonna run tests for days and see if it’s fails again (odd 1 resistors value was jumping around)
Nuno Hello, did you ever tried the Pressure Mod on Ps3?? Like some 2 years ago i try prasure mod on my Cecha01, the way i did was by removing ihs from rsx the puting 2 Rsx Ihs on rsx the put an hell of Pressure on Rsx and it worked beautiful, that ps3 had ylod on rsx and i had previously reflowed it and it worked for 3 months, with pressure mod worked perfectly, it was turning off in some games but that's because of the Nec Nokins Failure that for sure, so Nuno i recomend you try to create the make perfect pressur mod for ps3 with your Great Engineering mind, and this will be an Permanent Fix for Ps3 Fat or Slims which has Cell bga Failure, you just need to make an great way to apply that pressure all even.
@@VictorHugoAlvarez-eternelymiss yeah that's right, the pressure is not the best, the clamps lose the pressure with the time somewhen... i already told a lot times to bent the clamp back, otherwise there will not be enough pressure
@@NSC-Modz ohh No, I just wrote wrong what I mean is a thing like the Xbox 360 Bolt Mod which applyes lots of Pressure to the GPU so it can fix the system with 3rl by only doing that, also so does the PS3, what I meant was that I reflow my PS3 then after 3 months stoped working then I had the Ideia to apply lots of pressure on RSX and try to fix the Ylod only that way and it worked perfectly, the PS3 turned on and with video all perfect, so that's what I'm asking you to do with your great engineering know, the way I did was not the best then I ask you to create one mod like that, maybe replace PS3 Gpu screws or idk you choose, but that's what I'm talking about an Pressure Mod like the Xbox 360 Bolt Mod that can repair Bga soldering only by compressing with pressure and even the die internal Bgas or the Bumps.

@@NSC-Modz Maybe one day sure. For now first I wanna do is clean inside, delid etc. Maybe buy some spare replacement for nec tokins that i found at ebay located in germany just in case.. :D From what i searched the original nectokins are better than those replacements but not very reliable ones(due to placements) . Already bought an aps 231 and broken cechh model where I want to do some training before I attempt at my cechc :) (saw even experts destroying cells so better to train) and also hoping I found an 15 blade inside. Once i do all of that ill try to add +50mh if it works. Dont wanna do more since all know how 90nm are reliable. But defenitely am gonna get 40nm in one day(only if rsx die as felix once spoken, this is not an upgrade, but fix)... Or maybe buy an franken cechb model. Kinda obssesed with ps3´s 😅
