Mam my son is 2.7 yrs old his plantar reflex is normal he walks perfectly normal but when he runs he runs on toes n. In unbalanced manner what could be other issue like is there any other reflex responsible for toe walk actually its not toe walk its toe run in his case. Kindly suggest
If kid is not able to understand all these commands or not able to understand what is leg and what is its usage then how to do all these exercises actively.
I always fight with my daughter because she sits in a butterfly position, She has weak core and hips, I thought it was because of that. I always tell her to cross legs instead. I guess I was wrong 😅 Thanks for the info!
