Bruh I am still stuck on the ice cream boss in emergency mode and can't get the medal. For anyone who does not play SSS (and is really patient on getting uncommon tier 1 module data blocks) I will explain how the boss works. All enemies receive permanent damage reduction when not blocked (including the boss, which is basically unblockable :( ) on top of increased stats from hard mode and risk. Oh, did I mention the enemies being stupidly tanky, have multi-block, and come in high density waves? So you literally can not focus on the boss otherwise the enemies will leak. Now the boss can be leaked for 2/3 hp, however, it is kind of inevitable for other enemies to leak from both sides, especially if your ground blocker does not have enough dps to kill them in time which is highly possible because RNG still sucks in this mode. So you will lose anyway. Oh and RNG is worse in emergency mode even with multiple supporters due to the three stone walls that increase your units dp cost by +2 each when on your deck, which admittedly is not a problem. The problem comes from that they also eat 30 of your DP EACH when used (so 90 total dp). They are also three waste of space and resources. The strat's online are just high-rarity units that are boss killers like Typhon, which really shows how balanced this boss is. The boss has other gimmicks but its description explains everything else that makes it terrible. HG did 0 playtesting for these new modes besides IS. Time to finally skip an emergency mode medal I guess :( .
Random question of the week - Outside of your own help resources, which content creator / resources would you recommend new players to view to assist them in their early game adventures?
Thank you for the daily updates! My question: Do you plan to bring back the Arknights Hangout series? Because while it is true that manny Arknights Tubers and content creators dropped out due to other games and other content or just life, there are many that are arriving at the scene where they do have other content the focus is Arknights and not only gameplay, but more variety like merch unboxing, news and tidbits, drawing charades and so one. @UrielJudge and @Yuuko_kun are some of those there pretty nice and fun to watch. Thats why your Hangout series came to my mind, which I watched and enjoyed every episode of it, because you helped to highlight other Arknight content creators and thanks to your influence and joint efforts the Arknights community grow larger.

SSS medals giving me PTSD. Missed one set of SSS medals because I wasn't paying enough attention and forgot about reset... Which are the only medals minus a few of the character specific ones that I don't have 🥲. I do hope they bring some of them back at some point.
I got the first two sets of SSS medals, and realized that this mode is just so bad it physically pains me to play it. So i don't. Sad that i miss the medals, but i value my sanity more ig

Yes, but they are extremely difficult to get, especially the emergency mode one. The SSS stages has been getting harder and harder lately as the last 2 were much easier. I can't even beat that Ice Cream boss on emergency mode because he is so artificially buffed. Basically, a bunch of high density tanky enemies have damage reduction including the boss also with stats increases from risk and hard mode :)
@@princenwegbu3045 If you block them they don't get any damage reduction. Honestly it's not that hard if you have strong defenders or strong 3 blockers in general.

Since my favourite ops are mostly because of fun gameplay, it's very similar.
Siege Irene Penance Typhon Mostima Lumen Angelina Kirin R Yato Criteria is a mix of liking the character, frequency of use and attachment due to timing I got it and progression made. Not necessarily the most powerful op I have in respective class.
This banner was a guaranteed ebenholz for me and with that, hoederer is the single missing 6 star. Hopefully he's available on the next anni selector ticket, gotta catch em all

I know a while back you said that you might make stage explanations instead of guides to help players clear stages on their own. Are you still planning on doing that?
Does a boss raid mode/event would be good for AK? Its a boss that has infinite life and we just do as much damage as possible and add maybe some gimmicks. I got the idead from other games i play similar to AK like Path to Nowhere and Wathxer of Realms they have this game mode and its pretty great.
