Honestly, it went better than I expected. I was more interested in what would happen on reboot than anything else. Assuming no installation media to pull from, what would it do?

Sorry but this isn't even a PORT of the official Windows XP Mode for Windows 7. You can watch Adventures in Nostalgia's video on upgrading the VM that XP Mode came with to Windows Vista and the applications with shortcuts inside the "Windows XP Mode Applications" folder won't launch.
