Why does the starter sounds like a Chevy? Fords very rarely have starter alignment issues. Unlike Chevys, Fords have a backing plate that perfectly aligns the starter to the flywheel. Can’t help, but wonder what’s really going on with that ?
I used the 5th seat in my 540i today, The only reason to consider an M5 in the first place is 5 seats otherwise I'd just drive a 911. This car is a big miss.
I have the mark 4.25, 21 plate. You get the digital dash, but keep Recaro seats, the smaller screen & physical buttons, I got it with less than 6k miles. I chose it over a mark 4.5 for those reasons, the mk 4.25 spec was better for me.
