I'm all for awesome metal music and crazy in your face action but funnily enough the 4th opening Red Swan is just about my favorite opening in the show, it makes much more sense why it's so emotional if you watch the series

It's so unfortunate that seemingly every video that shows all the openings for an anime for some reason use interpolation to make it 60FPS as if it's supposed to make it look better, but in reality it just ruins everything especially with high action sequences because suddenly all the animation techniques used to elevate the action are suddenly thrown out the window. Things like smear frames are ruined and in general it just becomes much more choppy.
