I am a citizen of Matabari Union, Maheshkhali Upazila under Cox's Bazar District, Bangladesh. Japan is a true friend of Bangladesh. The Government of Japan and JICA have been providing financial assistance to Bangladesh for the infrastructural development . Jica invest Matarbari ultracritical coal power plant in Matarbari.I'm a landwoner of this porject.Bangladesh govt didn't paid my lands value. BD govt pay compensation to some landowners which is very little in the amount of money. Although I or my family have been lost our land in this project , 6 years have passed and we have not received any compensation. Can JICA, as the implementing agency, avoid liability for this irregularity? Even after 6 years, JICA has talked to the affected people as to why the owner of the actual damaged landwoner has not received compensation. DC office of Cox'bazar cutting 30-40% as a bribe when people want their compensation.We are affected people.we lost everything.Please investigate my complaint. The real facts will come out.Take proper steps. Give my money as soon as possible.
