A great man on many missions!!! Place will be happy with you this winter Jim and the facia looks good black. You should do all of the trim, winow and door frames etc.!!... Cheers, Bernie
Hi JIM. The Cobalt has a motor assist under the dash. Same thing happened to me. A small electric motor. You probably could swap it out from one of your others out there. Chinese oil guy from Ohio. Just saying. That care.. Tim..
House is looking good Jim, Color change in the trees are beautiful as well. Thanks for the update brother, take care and be careful with the roof work.
Hey. It’s nice the wire handles haven’t rusted off those lids. You may want to hit them with some linseed oil or the like. You know best when it comes to rust. Hate to be the one dropping advice here but feels wrong not to just in case. I’ve also heard certain trees like maples and willows have roots that can bloom out easily and destroy leach fields or fill septic tanks. It’s usually not much extra for them to send a camera down the drain lines these days. Way easier than exploratory digging! Good luck with all that!
Damn. Those are big heavy covers. Does the tank still have its original baffle? Those are easy to knock off and replace with plastic but brutal on the leach field if the original concrete ones fail. I just found that out recently. Now’s the time to have them check. My understanding is that you shouldn’t pump tanks clean because the bacterial heat is key for keeping the drain lines from freezing. I always pump in the spring but my drain lines are much more vulnerable than yours.
Those Cobalt's power steering units cost quite a bit and their known to be a problem. My mother in law had to get hers replaced when she owned one. The Roof is looking Good Jimbo.
Hi kitty kitty cat was busy all day lol ya Jimbo it like that on all automobiles that are power steering if they stop working it takes a lots of arm straight 💪 to turn the string wheel. Did you check the power steering fluid to make sure it's full
The house is looking really good since you painted that trim board up there it looks really nice Jimbo put you some risers on them clean out lids before you put the dirt back you might ask the guy that's cleaning them out where's the best place to buy risers you won't ever have to dig them again just thought I would throw that at you I thought your way say something to dig all the time when you have to get in there
