To me it comes down to this. When your doing whats right and what God wants. The enemy comes around to stop you and put you off what your doing. As with Job and his trails. So glad you both are ok. I remember a few years back when we lived in southern NJ and we had straight line winds that came through right beside our house - we watched stuff flying around and hit my truck as well as really big trees just lay right down in our yard. It was so scary. My husband was at work and we could not get ahold of each other. I feel for you. Then in Maine - we were in our camper and had horrible winds - you could hear them ripping across the field and hitting our camper - we have a 5th wheel, it was night time and it was shaking the camper so bad, i thought we were going over. Thankfully you all are ok, I won't wish any of these storms on anyone. Stay safe in the clean up! Again - so thankful everyone in your family is ok.
The garden beds look really great. Very organised, next you will need to make a compost heap that the goat poo goes in as well as Guinea poo and any organic scraps put them in. Then you are creating your own soil. This is just a suggestion. 33:53
I’m glad you all are OK, just see the glass heel because you didn’t want some trees down to clear some land so except this as a gift from mother nature. 👍🏻 please be careful because if you didn’t know about that tree being rotted out at the bottom, there may be others putting you in a dangerous situation at any given time. I know it’s upsetting to the both of you and it breaks my heart to see Shannon upset. 🙏❤️
You should trim up where that big branch broke off..trim close to trunk then pint over with tree paint / can use a latex with listereen mouth wash..a cap full to keep bugs out of tree..like carpenter ants and termites..😮😢
My goodness this looks bad! So glad you all are okay. We love our trees but truly you don't want them too close to your home/buildings. Yes it looked healthy but it sure had a bad spot at the base. Yes, you were blessed and watched over. Yes that is a massive tree. The goats are going to have a banquet for sure. It is good to be safe, All the best to you both. God Bless. Glad use are safe .no lawns getting mowed by goats anytime soon .There all at the top of the trees the sweetest leaves are there is why they were all bunched up there.Becaful of loose limbs xx

Now when you cut up the oak trees 🌳 to clear them cut them up for fire wood 🪵 oak is the best for fire wood even if you don't need grandpa will want some proply Chad wood like some..or it's easy to sell oak!! Saves tons of money 💰 from buying fire wood!! Goats 🐐 will help you clean up the leaves 🍃 👌 😊

I’m so glad you are very smart about how you cut But could you please keep the area around your feet clear so you can make a quick exit if you have to. Having things around your feet can trip you up with a tree on your back. 😢. ❤❤

Woah that was some humdinger! Tree fell in the perfect place. Missed nearly everything but I think Doss family had a bit of a shock. The goats were amazing. Hope you got some good photos Shanon. They were gorgeous feeding at different levels. And Lady Blu Goat Browser of 2024. We may have had a gaggle at Kyles meticulous nature early in but I have watched and learned so much as he works. He is a very smart highly intelligent organised person and an amazing role model for anyone growing to adulthood. You are in very safe hands with Kyle. Many will critique social media but the wealth of practical information about machinery, gaming, animals etc is vast.the immediacy of the info is so beneficial.
So very pleased no one was hurt at Shady Acres, God was certainly watching over you all. I think God was thinking "Well Kyle and Shanon are so busy I will help them take a couple of things down". Xx
