Once i quit candy, soda/energy drinks and sugary stuff in general. I stopped craving it! I wont say that will happen for everyone but if you know the harm sugar does to your energy and body. Then it will be much easier mentally to stay away. Not saying you can¨t enjoi something once in a while :)
Excellent vid. Only thing I'd say is hike the KB in between legs from the ground not from the air. That's how the first explosive swing will generate 🔋 power.
