Hpop, IPR, ICP, FICM and all 4 Left bank injectors replaced this year. New fuel pump last year. Ran fine for about 3 months. Now it won't crank when hot. Replaced the fuel filters after the no start issue. There is a crimped fuel return line done by the shop who did the work. I hope to replace that tomorrow. I'm skeptical because the line was that way when it ran fine. I can't put much more money into a 2003 truck.

Same one i'm installing in my Sonoma. I'm running a th 400 with billet 3500 stall with nitrous plate, i'm also running straight cut gear set and wonder if that's going to help it run a tad cooler? Thought you were way ahead of me at this point! Hopeful to have mine running on Monday.🙃

What is your opinion on the UTG A2 buttstock. Have you had Amy issues with the setup?

Can you please post the Steering Pump part number you used? I have a Saginaw Pump with a press fit shaft, however it leaks.

So, you have the frame supported by jack stands. You put floor jack under axle. Now, just how much "up" did you put on axle. Reading this step in institutions. It's not clear just how much. Thanks

fuel tank for now but eventually i will be swapping to a fuel cell ( my plan anyway)

Wouldn't the fuel sending unit from an 83 1.9l s10 fit that tank? My truck had an external fuel pump.

I'm not sure of the radiator part number but the one I got from their website was just the one for "V8 conversion".

I just installed one tonight. Was curious about one thing my ear brake cable would not let me go on top had so much pressure on. It. Looks like yours does too. Not sure mine went through the opening works perfect that way.

I never understood why the have treads on the rear flange. The pinion yoke has threads.

What u joint did you use to mate the drive shaft to the transmission slip yoke? Or did the factory yoke fit the Th 350? Is the S10 driveshaft to Th350 a S44 to 1310 Series ? The U-joint you show for the rear is a S44 to 1350 series, so it would make sense that the U-joint from the shaft to the trans. slip yoke would be a S44 to 1310. Just checking for my TH350 shaft I am gong to put together in case the Th400 doesnt work out.

Can you make an adapter to go between the rearend yoke and the drive shaft yoke thats the right thickness to move the drive shaft more into the trans

You mean a spacer. You could but with longer bolts means more stress on the bolts.

Have a 94 with a ton of wires running a carb motor is like a 90 or so. What about ignition, lights, blinkers, I can't believe you can cut all those wires without having a problem.

Yes I did weld the collector on to help eliminate some of the possible leaks. Might not have needed too at all though

Been watching a bunch of your videos. What size wheels and tires are you running front and rear? I'm starting a swap and I'm trying to get an idea for them. I'm doing a 355/350 full manual valve body trans.

Thanks for watching! On The front I have a 15x4 wheel and 26x7.5x15 tire. On the back I have a 15x10 wheel with 6.5 backspace and a 275/60/15 tire

Thanks, the wiring stuff isn't that bad really just kind of got rid of stuff not needed if you're running a carb and some mechanical gauges. All the lights, fuel level, etc should still work and I am planning to use the factory speedometer also.

I agree young man, it sounds like you built a nice little motor, however, I urge you research the topic of setting in your piston rings. If you can find it, lake speed jr from total seal piston rings does a video on the importance of and how to bed in your rings on a fresh motor. And according to the information I’ve gathered over the years, it’s quite possible that it might have already been too late for your rings. Of course if your rings were to fail, it would have already happened by now. Best of luck. Keep it between the ditches young man. Keep doing what you love.

i have a 2004 f350 super duty 6.0 it starts and warms up to temp but after a while of driving it will start running rough and start stalling out then its hard to start again but if give it rpms it will run fine any help would be appreciated

I’ve got a budget/mild 350 project, 2 bolt main roller block (.040 over) keeping stock rotating assembly just putting new pistons in. Flat top 4 valve relief. I have a set of bone stock vortec heads and am having a hard time deciding which roller cam I should buy to be able to chop like a hog and still flow good. Going to run a 650 cfm carb. If you have any advice for me I’d appriciate it. Thank you! (This will be my first sbc build)

Are the heads stock? I’ve got a set of stock vortec heads that I want to run on my 350 but don’t want to put too big of a cam in it and the heads not be able to flow enough. Thanks!

These heads are a stock casting but not "stock", they have the 2.02/1.6 valves, screw in rocker studs (incognito version), machined down valve guides, pac valve springs, and I have "home ported" them, both intake and exhaust but they aren't overly ported out. There's a video I made on my channel I went over everything in a little more detail. Let me know if you have any questions glad to answer them!

Thank you! So the black line I have just ran towards the back of the truck as a "vent" for the fuel tank. I am going to to put a small breather or filter on the end of it as well.

I didnt run a return line on this but you certainly could and just route it to any of those.
