Don't know if it's a common fault, but I have seen a lot of them with seized handbrake mechanisms. I love the K20 engine. Ant drive it until the MOT runs out and scrap it, cause that shell is gone. Dan's magic fingers got it running.
Nice first podcast. If you do more it would be nice to be able to listen on Spotify in my car. Also: I love my italian cars but I wouldn't mind the odd Honda or other type of car on the channel once in a while.
rwd 20vt coupe would be insane, i mean. your the perfect guys to do such a thing.! i think people would be interested to see a true rwd coupe done, would love to know what it would take and how far the firewall would need cutting and adapting a 6 speed bmw or similar box up to the 20vt. its something ive been thinking of since before i made the recent purchase off you for that beauty low mile 20vt spare engine for my plus, the floor front passenger side and driver side has now rotten all the way through which i am getting restored at a local garage along with a spa externally gated SPAmanifold from the states and t3 flange T04E turbo.
hey guys, do a true rwd coupe build like that red one on here with the bmw engine in. or...better yet..use the 20vt engine and do it. use one of your "scrap" coupes for the project, and once youve figured out all the kinks etc start doing more when you can do it "perfectly"?
i got to around 3 minutes 20 and was so bored of your negative whining and low energy that i went forward to 8:21 to hear and watch you still being utterly miserable and whining that i wondered why you bothered ... i've owned 2 of these and three gtvs and had constant fun and every time i get in them this sense of "where are we going today" .... my first one went badly wrong but every one since has been literally faultless and just the most fun to drive. as for banging on about a mazda .... well that says it all. i won't be returning to this channel again as you couldn't be more opposite what italian cars are about if you tried.
