Keep up the good work I’m 15 about 6,0 and standing reach is 7,9 and I can dunk on occasion not every-time it’s still pretty hard but I can dunk but yeah you make great progress keep it up
I just started vert shock I did my former workout/training which was 220 dumbell squats (2) 150 calf raises(6) 100 jump squats (1) 200 high knees (5) 150 deep lunges (4) 100 jump lunges (3) I gained 3 inches of vertical doing that for a month I got it from darebee slam so therefore I did prior weight training so I am sure vert shock will work as it is a smart sequence you fast twitch muscle fibres my vertical is at 25 inches I rim grazed 11 feet also lost so much weight I was 196 lbs in summer 2021 went to 183 lbs for doing that for about month continued through fall I went to 165 pounds as of today.
Squats doesn’t help in vertical, you just have to have strong micro muscles and strong bouncy ankle then you will fly , I never did squats with wight my pb is like 70 kg , and I have a 101 cm vertical

Hi I have begun to jump higher! do you have some tips? i am squatting with weights and i am skipping with a skipping rope. Do you think thats good to increase my vertical jump? jump higher? Or do you have any tips? It would make me really happy if you answered.
