I didn't really invest all in weights and shit, I just jumped and tried to dunk, till I couldn't jump no more or legs got sore, I also did wall sits for about 4 to 3 minutes

Two things that instantly made me a better jumper and dunker were deadlifts and strengthening my core. Take a look at the ‘Air Attack’ book by Tim Grover that book made dunking almost too easy.

Can someone tell me how to do a eastbay because I have like 28-30 inch vertical and I am 5”10 and can touch the rim on 10 ft but can’t do an eastbay on 8ft

now i dont know if this will work with you but jump with a wider stance, and bend a bit lower, this will give some more power. nice hops!

Your feet are way farther apart here compared to before. In some of the older videos, your feet were almost touching each other on take off.

Im 15 5"9 1/4 i can grab rim with my vertical but i just can't dunk😶😭 but here soon imma get ankle weights 2 help out with that 💪💯

Do not use ankle weights!!!! It's the worse thing you can try for a higher vert whoever gave you that idea has no clue what there talking about it will damage your knees and only increase your very by 1-3 inches max just jump ALOT stop going for the rim set a new goal and try to touch the top of the white square work on deadlifts and hang cleans if you use ankle weights you probably will dunk but your dunking career will be over shortly don't do it the higher you try to reach for and if you visualize it before doing it the more you jump the higher an higher you will go once you hit your plateu lower the weights on your deadlift and hang clean an work on explosiveness

Practice and more practice. Your vert is like 35 get to forty man. Some of those were lay ups.

Bruh get some ankle weights and jump in place everyday for 20 minutes. You’ll be dunking hard at your height in a month

@@kevohall922 chill it's a joke plus dude been training for over a year and didn't make much progress no offense to Brad but you need to forget the program an just jump stop going for 10 ft your dunks will come but if you really wanna jump higher picture it and achieve it set a goal to slap the top of the white square and jump ALOT if you have a weight room at your school work on deadlifts with good form and hang clean with good form when you hit you plateu lower the weight on your sets but increase the explosiveness you will see great results trust me
